Flye Weddings LLC helped coordinate my wedding in January 2023, she was vital in getting it all planned and all pulled together. I am a mom of 5 and my husband has his own home renovations company so we didn't have alot of time to do alot of the busy work needed to plan even a beautiful backyard wedding that we wanted. It was beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned it she did wonderful in listening to what we wanted and bringing it to life for us. She helped find my dress and even small details down to my boutique and my traditions of my Scottish heritage of wearing a special coin in my shoe and even the peice in my hair to also helping me with my cake design. Shanna and Ashley are true masters of their work. My fiance and I originally were looking for a day-of coordinator but these two went above and beyond. Through the planning process I felt as though I had someone to help me with each step of the way. When I couldn't find a caterer, they reached out to people they personally knew. When I realized I didn't have many decorations, they had some to rent me. When I didn't order enough cups (read those descriptions thoroughly people!), they quickly went out to get more. For the day-of, I had no idea of any issues; nor were they going to tell me until after the wedding. From our first phone meeting to the send-off Shanna and Ashley truly made our day perfect. Brittany is, quite literally, a miracle worker. Our venue flooded the day before the wedding (shout out to Hurricane Nicole) and that sweet girl took such good care of us. I'm certain we did not pay her enough-- she worked with the venue owner, my dad, me, my vendors, and her personal connections to give us the perfect day. She kept her cool so well-- speaking with her was so reassuring and comforting. We were even looking at a possible venue change, and she just took it in stride! Prior to the final 30 days, Brittany touched base with me several times to nail down details and to give me insight for hiring certain vendors. She is so helpful and has such good relationships with everyone in the industry! I felt a little overwhelmed going into the last month, but she was so reassuring and also was on top of everything. I would trust her with my life! The wedding itself was amazing. Brittany constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, eating, feeling good, etc. which I so appreciated! I have a hard time believing that there is someone out there better at this than Brittany. She's good at her job, but she's also a kind, compassionate person. About a month and a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas and choices we hadn’t even thought of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all of the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had leftover, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful. Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it. Katelyn was able to take a majority of that stress off our plates and let us enjoy our big day. For that, we are truly grateful.

Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.
