Heather from Heather Hagin Events is the best! Do not let the small review count influence your decision in booking her for your wedding! My husband and I did a good amount of research when looking for our wedding day coordinator and knew the minute we got off our initial zoom call with Heather that she was the one! She is such a warm and genuine person and made our wedding run perfectly! Heather was also so communicative with us (quick with replies!), and seamlessly handled all of the vendor coordinating for the day of our wedding. She also offered to join us for our food and cake tasting to be a 'fly on the wall' and take notes during the meetings so we could be fully present. A small detail, but it felt like she was going above and beyond as just our wedding day coordinator. I sought Heather's advice many times throughout the wedding planning process and she was so quick to get back to me with her unbiased opinion allowing me to really rely on her for support through the months leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding went perfectly. If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! I dumped a lot of decor / signage /etc. on Heather the day before the wedding and she did a perfect job setting everything up exactly as I envisioned! We couldn't recommend Heather enough!
