Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms. Schuler’s Restaurant will provide exclusive catering for exceptional culinary experiences.

Begin the first day of the rest of your life with the Inn at Harbor Shores. Our large ballroom can accommodate groups up to 280 for wedding receptions, however, our versatile space lets us do wedding receptions anywhere from 80-280 guests! We do all of our own in house catering as well! Guest room blocks are also available, taking the worry out of where your guests are going to stay for your wedding night. . Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).
