Foothills Catering was founded by brother and sister, Nikki Lucero and Erik Farnsworth. Our parents first introduced us into the world of catering when they opened Lopiano’s Catering in 1989. Growing up working in the industry for 20 years was a once in a life time experience.

Italic (Previously The Gourmet Kitchen and Roots) is an award-winning, full-service, boutique caterer serving Denver Metro and the entire Front Range since 2002. We are located in Broomfield but deliver throughout Colorado. We can provide many services to make it easier for you such as linens, china rentals, glassware, napkins, utensils, compostables, chargers, chefs, bartenders, and more! We also have a venue Copper Leaf Gardens in Broomfield and The Dickens Opera House in Longmont!

TBD Foods is a small family owned and operated personal chef and catering company with a focus on creating a unique and delicious dining experience, while reducing food waste. Our mission is to bring people together for a memorable meal as we utilize and promote sustainability in local food practices, community partnerships, and our employees.

Not only does Chef Brad have an associates degree in Culinary Arts, he has over 20 years of restaurant experience. Chef Brad has worked in restaurants ranging from Steak houses to Sushi bars, Chinese to Italian restaurants. After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
