Meet your favorite FUNtographer: Stephanie began her studies with the plan to become a pilot. However, as her love for photography grew, she decided to pursue her passion as a business full time, getting to weave her love of capturing moments artistically and want to share that passion with others into a successful business where her clients always come first. Building into her style, she found her travels and time living abroad in college have influenced her images and allowed her to challenge her personal style of capturing moments, and coupled with lots of in the field learning, she is able to catch true emotions in a timeless way.

I started my journey as a travel photographer visiting over 40 countries and capturing the most hidden and breathtaking gems of our wonderful home planet. Only after my friends asked me to shoot their elopement did I realize that the one thing always missing from my work was a storytelling aspect of a true connection and genuine human emotions. I believe true happiness comes from simple and little things like brushing each other's hair while watching "Chocolate" or driving a dusty road with your hubby for hours with no agenda or a destination in mind (comes from experience ).

That could mean we’re going to go climb a mountain or it might mean we’re going to try the really spicy chai tea. To be perfectly honest, I love what I do. I'm damn good at it. I have dabbled in all sorts of jobs but I kept coming back to the camera. It feels really good to take the craft that I love so much and share it. The scope of my photography is wide but I specialize in weddings and elopements. I've been photographing weddings since 2005. I believe in vibing well with your photographer because let's be honest, your photographer will be up close and personal with you throughout your big day so it's important to choose someone whose energy you enjoy and mesh well with.
