Florence Florals

5.0

  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Bellevue, TN

Floral design caught Kaitlyn off guard in the best way. A few years ago, she took a workshop on flower arranging and it was then that something ignited within her. She started creating arrangements and giving them as gifts, taught workshops using those same skills she learned, and used floral arranging as a form of her own self-care. “I love that no two floral arrangements are the same. You can use the same elements in two arrangements, but they’re all one-of-a-kind. Working with flowers is so peaceful, and it brings such joy to create something beautiful and unique." Nashville-based wedding and event florist with a passion for beauty.

It's evident that Kaitlyn takes pride in her craft as a florist. I've always adored seasonal farm flowers and regularly grab a bouquet from the farmers market for my home. I told Kaitlyn I'd love the same kind of organic shape and mixture of these kinds of spring bouquets and she blew me out of the water when I saw them on my wedding day. She nailed the color scheme and delicacy I had envisioned, and my whole wedding party was stunned at the beauty of the bouquets. She also executed our vision for the arbor flowers and guest tables perfectly — we truly couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out and captured the tone of our wedding. On top of that, she's a great communicator and was always swift to respond to any questions or adjustments.

Foliage Floral Design Studio

5.0

  • Serves Bellevue, TN

Hi, I’m Meg! I’ve been an small business owner & entrepreneur for 8 years and co-owner of Foliage since 2019. I’m coffee obsessed, currently binge-watching something on Netflix or listening to Maximum Fun Network podcasts while working. I think that getting to work with fresh flowers, from down the road or all over the world, then arranging them into something stunning for customers that will see them and feel emotionally inspired by is a wonderful way to spend my time working in this world. I feel incredibly lucky! Every project is a new, thrilling piece of art. Every client is a chance to find ways to make them smile because of flowers!

Awarded Best of Zola
My experience with Foliage was nothing shy of amazing! From my very first meeting with Meg, I felt comfortable and confident that she would make my floral vision for my wedding come true. Not only did she deliver, but my customer experience throughout the process was top notch. She answered all of my questions promptly, made changes (and I requested quite a bit) immediately and communicated regularly. I cannot mention enough how superb the customer experience and communication has been. Then comes the day of the wedding - Meg delivered all of our florals to multiple locations and the designs blew me away. My bridal bouquet was exquisite, it was extremely photogenic, and I have gotten complements on it from guests to Facebook friends that saw it in pictures. The bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what I wanted, especially when I requested a particular flower. She created a floral hairpiece for me and my flower girls and they were perfect. The florals that were on our archway were incredible and were quite the show stopper. It was far better than I could have ever imagined. I honestly cannot rave about Foliage enough - and you can bet that I will be recommending them to anyone in Nashville that I know needs florals for anything - not to mention that I will be using them again for any of my future floral needs. It was a pleasure working with Foliage.

  • Serves Bellevue, TN

Harmony Fields is a luxury floristry brand serving couples in Nashville and beyond. We love curating unique floral designs to bring your vision to life. We love designing bold installations and jaw dropping bouquets. Let's make magic together!

Awarded Best of Zola
Harmony is more than just your average florist. She is a true artist who has an exceptional gift when it comes to creating floral art. (It seems dismissive to her talents to call her creations arrangements or anything other than art.) What I appreciate most when working with her is her attention to detail and excellent communication. From the first consultation to the design process and mood boards, all the way to the installation of the floral art, she is on point with making sure nothing is overlooked and that I have all of the information I need. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Harmony multiple times, and each time she blows me away with her use of the florals. When looking for a florist, look no further than Harmony. She’s the whole package when it comes to artistry and professionalism.

E. Floral Design

5.0

  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Bellevue, TN

I’m a lover of storytelling—avid reader, self-proclaimed movie critic, and forever theater kid at heart. And I’m passionate about the stories we create for ourselves—each time we give someone the benefit of the doubt, choose hope, or make spur-of-the-moment pancakes. I believe in the power of twinkle lights, singing in the car, and drinking champagne on a Tuesday. I want to help people create these stories. To celebrate the in-between and every-day moments. To see them for the big moments they truly are.

Emsley was absolutely amazing to work with! I had several ideas for various pieces in mind for our wedding day flowers, and she perfectly captured every arrangement! And despite the crazy wind the day of our outdoor wedding, she was still able to bring it all together so beautifully!

New Mood Floral + Styling

5.0

  • Serves Bellevue, TN

Caulyn grew up in the small town of Ardmore, Tennessee and from early on developed a love for crafting and nature, in part from her parents, who would spend their free time landscaping and building various things out of wood for the back yard. She has always been very passionate about art in just about every form. Among her love of visual art and music, is the unique medium of flowers. Intrigued with the endless variety of structure and color, Caulyn finds her love for floral design to be entwined with her pull towards thoughtful art forms.

I had a very particular vision for my wedding and the most important thing to me was the flowers. I'd seen Caulyn's work on Instagram prior to getting engaged and reached out probably the day after the proposal. She INSTANTLY understood the vision. She communicated clearly and immediately, answered every nit-picky and frequent question I had with kindness and was INDESCRIBABLY helpful on the day. The flowers were equally as indescribably beautiful and was the highlight of the day (aside from getting married, obviously). Weddings are stressful and among the many vendors you hire for the day, not all of them take the time and effort to prepare or work to understand your vision. Caulyn does and I could not recommend her enough.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Serves Bellevue, TN

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I ordered the "peaches and cream" small package. We decided to skip on ceremony florals, and only have handhelds and bud vases at the reception. We did buy a few more flowers from the grocery to add more peach once the flowers arrived. We made and medium sized bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages, and 7 bouts. (With lots of flowers left over). My bridesmaids and I did the arranging the morning before the wedding; it was fun, and a great start to the weekend. None of us had experience, but it all turned out great! If you or your bridal party are mildly crafty, I'd highly recommend it!

Working with Jen was wonderful and seamless. She helps you every step of the way to figure out what you would like. The DIY class was so much fun, and we were able to build all of our centerpieces, boutonnières, and bouquets. Jen also built my cascade bouquet and beautiful garland for us! For the price of the amount of bud vases I wanted through our florist, I got TRIPLE the amount by using Bloom Culture. She sends instructional videos and guides and it was so easy and saved me HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of dollars. As I prepare for my own wedding in April of next year, I was taken aback by the exorbitant costs associated with floral arrangements. Quotes ranging from $6,000 to $7,000, with a minimum commitment of $4,000, were simply unfeasible for me. This led me to explore alternative solutions, and I discovered a passion for creating my own florals. I was delighted to find that I had a knack for it! This experience sparked the idea to launch my faux floral rental business, driven by the belief that beautiful wedding florals shouldn't come with an astronomical price tag. My goal is to make stunning arrangements accessible to all.

While I didn’t use her for a wedding — I most certainly will once I get married! Morgan’s floral arrangements are so well done that I asked to purchase some to decorate my home. Her customer service and attention to detail is out of this world. 10/10 recommend.

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation

5.0

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Bellevue, TN

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

First of all - the end product was just beautiful. Everything from the bridal bouquet to the ceremony flowers to the table styling was exquisite and super unique. Shannon did a great job incorporating my favorite color (yellow) and a whimsical, organic wildness into the design exactly as I had hoped. From our first meeting to the written proposal, Shannon interpreted my thoughts and ideas exactly. I was so impressed that she took my ramblings and half ideas and pulled them together into what I was seeing in my head. Shannon’s GORGEOUS color palette informed the entire wedding design and gave me a jumping off point for invitations, bridesmaid dresses, other decor, etc. Unfortunately, the process of working with Shannon was a bit challenging. She struggled with nailing down details: incorrect number of tables, inconsistent accounting of candles/bud vases, etc. It took a number of incorrect proposal drafts until we got it right - just weeks before the wedding. We were honestly quite disappointed by Shannon’s flexibility and communication. She self-describes as being highly collaborative, but that was not our experience. First, as beer nerds, having hops in the design was super important to us, and while she flagged early on it could be an issue to source real ones, we discussed using fake. While we all agreed that she shouldn’t use fake hops if they looked bad, we were sad to see on the day of that they didn’t make it into the design. It would have been nice to have heard a heads up from her that she didn’t plan to use them - even if it was just a brief mention on the day-of. Second, when our cake plans fell through at the last minute, we asked Shannon if she could possibly supply a few flowers for our small 6” cutting cake. She told us she would try, but later we heard from the bakery that she had given them a flat no. She never communicated her decision to us. Thankfully, the bakery pulled something together for us (shout out to Zest Pastry!). Third, the Monday before the wedding, Shannon sent an alarming email with the subject line “Head Advisory, Oh No!”, asking us what our plan was. Getting any email titled “Oh No” isn’t fun to receive less than a week before your wedding. Further, as a trusted wedding vendor, we would hope that she would have plans for weather or unexpected events rather than looking to us during a very stressful period. Lastly, (and most disappointingly) despite having a run of day schedule, Shannon was nowhere to be found when it was time to put on boutonnieres and corsages. Our photographers and party thankfully jumped in to help to avoid major delays to portraits (shout out to Katie Slater!). Fundamentally, the product Shannon provided was beyond compare - everything was beautiful. That said, the communication, coordination, and organization were lacking from our experience.
