The Barn at Stratford is owned by the Delaware County Historical Society. Our professional event staff are organized, intuitive, and experienced. The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

With our 15-acre campus, there are numerous options to choose for your wedding with our three distinct ballrooms and two outdoor ceremony locations. We are historically an herb and flower 3rd generation family farm expanding into the world of weddings and being a private venue for you and your loved ones to join together and celebrate. We offer gorgeous open scenery, privacy, glamping opportunities and fun for an entire weekend of wedding fun or the smaller, intimate micro wedding.
