Choosing Stroudsmoor was the #1 best decision I could have made when it came to my wedding. It is the PERFECT place to get married. They have everything right there for you no matter which venue on their property you choose. We got married at The Pavillion because we wanted an outdoor ceremony with a “backyard/park” feel. From the moment I met my event planner, Danica, the planning went smoothly and every detail was covered. Grayson handled the flowers and decor beautifully. My bouquet came out better than I ever could have expected and the ceremony and reception decor was everything i was looking for. I came to them with a cake stand I had seen that I was going to rent myself but instead THEY HAD ONE MADE!! That’s just one example of many of how they go above and beyond to make your day a dream come true. From the ceremony to the reception things were seamless from a venue standpoint. Danica and Kailey planned my day with me and made sure my vision came to life. Checked in often and even made sure our fist look went smoothly while juggling another wedding. Maddy, Kim, Jenny, and Ally took it from immediately after the ceremony to the end of the night, never leaving me and my guests without whatever it was we needed. Jenny ensured I had a drink in my hand before I even thought to head to the bar for another starting with hitting the end of the aisle after the “I do”. The Cypress House is a Federal-style home constructed in 1835. Our property resides on 24 acres, along the bank of the Susquehanna River. In 1987, our family dedicated their hearts and hands to restoring the property to it's original glory. The estate features a stone barn dating back to 1817 and meticulously kept colonial gardens bursting with boxwood, magnolias, and garden roses. We are family owned and operated. When you choose to get married here, your wedding day is cared for and celebrated like you’re a part of our family. We specialize in outdoor, garden-side weddings, stunning candle lit receptions in our wood-grain pole tent, and the most talented in-house Floral and Design team. When you book with The Cypress House, you will also get to work with on of our Cypress Coordinators to ensure your planning process and wedding day are flawlessly executed.

We had our wedding here and I’m not sure if I can put into words how beautiful this venue is! I fell in love with pictures before even seeing it. The ceremony garden is very unique and the cocktail hour space by the pool is absolutely stunning. Everything about this place, including the reception tent and its artificial turf, is perfect. There was plenty of space in the house for the bridal party to get their hair and makeup done and I liked that the guys had a separate building so they didn’t see us getting ready. Our coordinator, Caitlyn, was great to work with and was a tremendous help, especially on the wedding day. She did almost everything so we could enjoy the day! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else! We worked with Cypress Floral for our flowers. I don’t know a lot about flowers and color choices so I was appreciative of her help and recommendations. She gave several options to choose from and made adjustments multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. When I walked into the reception tent it brought me to tears seeing how beautiful everything was! Our bouquets, the hanging greenery, and floral arrangements for all the tables were stunning! I wish I could have taken every single arrangement home and I will never be able to thank Chelsea enough for how beautiful and perfect everything turned out! We also worked with Cypress Design to create most of our wedding signs and couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! Alexa gave recommendations on colors and designs, which was really helpful, and all of our signs and décor were high quality and far exceeded our expectations! Not having to create my own signs and using her rentals took a lot of work and stress off of me during the planning process. I cannot thank the Cypress team enough for how perfect our wedding day was!!

We're a historic barn, built in the 1700's. But we have all of the modern amenities! Excellent food from caring chefs and staff, bar service through us, heat & air, and these are just some of the essentials you'll expect. We have 95 acres of breath-taking views, an outdoor patio which comes with hanging decor, chandeliers and is covered with a clear tent so as not to miss the views. You'll start your day in the Carriage House which is our Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters. This is a fabulous space for your entire wedding party to get the day started! We have three spaces for ceremonies to make sure you're covered no matter the weather. The seating for dinner in the barn is between 75-185. The seating for dinner on the patio is between 75-240.

The photos on here hardly do any justice for how gorgeous this venue actually is. We had the joy of coordinating for a couple here and were in awe of how beautiful each space was. From the stunning outdoor ceremony space, to the fun patio for cocktail hour, and the upstairs reception space that would have been just fine with no extra decor at all. Not to mention the adorable carriage house which was an awesome bonus for the couple to get ready and hang out in prior to the ceremony. It was truly amazing and Becky was wonderful to work with. Honorable mention to the ceiling fan chandeliers on the patio (a busy vendors dream break spot) and the delicious food!

Strock from the very start was my first choice in venue. Their pricing is very reasonable and includes catering, which is more than you can ask for with many venues. Most of the barns also come pre-decorated so you don't have to do much to make the venue look spectacular. They were so responsive throughout the whole process and made everything so easy to deal with. I adored everyone that worked here and I'm so happy that they could be part of my day.

My husband and I decided to get married last-minute due to my mom's late cancer diagnosis and terminal prognosis. With only two months, our options for venues were very limited. Harmony Hall Estate quickly became the obvious choice! PROS: Their pricing package is flexible, with lots of options to tailor your experience to your budget. With great options for in-house catering and decorating, you'll save a lot of money and time on both. You can also pay an additional fee to bring in outside caterers. The food at our wedding came from Karen's Catering, their in-house caterer. We enjoyed our dishes at dinner and during cocktail hour. The pretzel cart absolutely hit the spot, though, and was a hit with our guests. Overall, I'd say the food was satisfying. The bar options, like the food packages, are quite flexible. We chose to prepay our bar tab for our guests, which allowed us to be open bar up to a certain price. We were able to add more to that tab via cash during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of outdoor location choices for your ceremony. The location is convenient, with hotels nearby and shuttles that run you and your guests to and from the venue. The farmhouse to get ready in is gorgeous and historic, making it a wonderful location for pictures. There are plenty of places on the property for taking beautiful portraits with your partner and family. The ballroom is spacious, with flexible floor plans that Jill will work with you to design. You'll receive access to Aisle Planner when you book with Harmony Hall Estate, which is a nice online service to upload all of your wedding information. Included is a service to make your reception floor plan. CONS: I was told the key to the farmhouse would be placed in the lockbox, but couldn't find it morning of. None of the contacts at Harmony Hall answered when I called, and it took us nearly 45 minutes of searching to finally find the key in a mailbox. We lost a lot of valuable time to get ready, which created stress, and on top of that the farmhouse was so hot that my bridesmaids and I were sweating bullets while trying to do our hair and makeup. The temperature inside the building was in the mid and upper seventies, which was brutal with so many people and hot hair tools on. Additionally, while they have plenty of pricing options, I will say that their information package is somewhat confusing and rather lengthy. It could be tweaked to be more streamlined for the sake of clarity. The crab dip that we paid extra for during cocktail hour was disappointing. I don't recommend paying the upcharge for it, sadly. It's also good to keep in mind that you will pay the same price for a vendor's plate as you will one of your guests. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, so I do recommend that the staff at Harmony Hall make sure their clients are aware of this. Our bartender, though kind, was unfamiliar with many of today's popular drinks and was rather slow, which was disappointing. OVERALL: Harmony Hall Estate is a great venue for a budget-friendly, beautiful wedding! I'd like to add as a disclaimer that our timeline for wedding planning was especially short, so some of the shortcomings when it comes to clarity/explanations of things may very well just be due to our rushed timeline. Since we are based in Kentucky, it made it harder to communicate effectively with Jill and the team at Harmony Hall.

The coop provided a beautiful, intimate setting for our small ceremony. The venue was great and set up perfectly for our special day - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall, Historic Acres offers great value with its gorgeous grounds that are perfect for wedding photos. We highly recommend this venue for couples looking for a small, elegant wedding ceremony site.

The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding venue. Everything was absolutely perfection. Melanie is so talented and seriously not one thing went wrong at my wedding. I wish I could do it all over again and again just because it was so good!! Melanie also did my flowers which were absolutely stunning. All of our guests were raving about our venue. I couldn’t recommend weddings on memory lane enough !!!

The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

The staff at the Granary went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. We actually ended up needing to move our ceremony to a different area of the Granary hours before we were to start due to weather which caused us (bride and groom) to panic slightly but the staff went above and beyond to get it figured out and set up and it ended up phenomenal and none of the guests even knew. Everyone complimented us on how beautiful everything was and how smooth the transition went! The Thomas family jumped in to help wherever it was needed. The entire property is beautiful and there are so many different options for pictures! Would highly recommend to anyone!
