I cannot say enough about Caitlyn and her amazing staff! When hurricane Helene destroyed our venue in the mountains, she reached out and told me they could make it happen and assured us it would still be beautiful. The venue alone is stunning! All of the small details you don't think, about they have! Caitlyn hit the ground running as soon as we said yes! She works with the most kind hearted vendors and they stepped in to plan a meal and drinks for our guests. The kind of service and love that they pour into their venue is seen in everything they do. Caitlyn and her team helped with everything from setting up table decor, setting up the food and drink and even held my train as I walked down to the isle. Peep the picture. :) I could only imagine the kinds of weddings that happen at this venue with more time to plan! If you are looking for a full experience wedding that will leave you feeling like you became part of their family this is it! The Bonaparte castle is a must see to appreciate its beauty. Her way of putting ideas together with your own brings her event space to life. Not only are the renovating a castle but they have a great outdoor space including a fire pit. There is a small tavern that can be used for that very purpose. I am holding my own wedding and reception here next Oct and couldn’t be more excited to work with her again. Please enjoy my photos.

We have been up to Adaumont Farm over and over again for private events, weddings, and other gatherings. The consistency of how well things are run is exceptional. On site crews including planners, building managers, all the way down to the groundskeepers all have the same vision - to make sure everybody's experience is incredible. It's hard to run a venue. It's really hard to run a venue well. It's almost unheard of to have a venue run extremely well consistently, week after week. This is the diamond standard for us!

He goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, making the entire process seamless. While it’s not strictly all-inclusive, John has an incredible way of making it feel that way. He can help you arrange everything you need, from catering to décor, so you’re never left feeling overwhelmed. The in-house catering is a game-changer – no stress about finding a caterer, and the food is fantastic. This venue is a nonprofit, so you can feel good knowing your money is making a difference. For every meal purchased, they donate free meals to the community lunch program the following week. They’ve thought of everything: chinaware, servers, bartenders, and even the option to bring your liquor – saving you a ton of money. And if you need décor or a planner, John has incredible recommendations to make your vision come to life. The space is huge, with plenty of room for your event and a beautiful lobby for a cocktail hour. Multiple ceremony options are available to suit your style. I honestly can’t recommend 658 Events enough. It’s the venue that takes the stress out of planning and lets you focus on enjoying your event.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Village Pine Venue. Due to the hurricane damages in NC, I had to completely replan our wedding 10 days before it happened. Melissa from Village Pine was eager to help us out and quickly helped us get booked and started on choosing new vendors. Village pine is an absolutely beautiful venue with a wonderful space for all things (bridal getting ready, grooms getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.). This venue is a stunning space with outrageously helpful staff and I am so glad to have had my wedding here. I cannot recommend them enough.

The historic American craftsman-style home was built in 1913 and underwent renovations in 2021 to revive the rich, historical feel of the estate. Located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, the estate boasts 7,000 square feet of indoor space, in addition to a massive 5,600 square feet of private outdoor patio and plenty of private parking. The venue accommodates 50-250 guests seated and 50-350 guests cocktail style and is the perfect year-round space for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate receptions and more. Notable features of the space include an abundance of exposed stone, original fireplaces, stunning chandeliers, and an elegant and charming bridal suite.
