It all started in 2015 when our founder, Joe Nedza, waited in line in New York City for something similar to a Nedza's Waffle for over 2 hours. He finally got to the front and the store had just sold out. However, Joe left with an idea. Why couldn't we bring waffles here to the Classic City and put our own spin on things? So, with an idea and a drive to succeed, Joe built the company from the ground up. He set out not only to create a delicious waffle dessert, but to create a better business built around warmth, love, and kindness. Here at Nedza's, we want to get to know you, build relationships with you, and put a smile on your face.

King of Pops started with a couple thousand bucks, a used ice cream pushcart, and a whole lot of luck. Our success is due to amazing community support (which we’ve received since day one). We do our best to respond to that support with love, gratitude, and some laughs. We hope to serve you soon!

Shannon Turner Cakes, a premier luxury cake design studio, specializes in creating bespoke cakes and beautiful dessert bars made with fresh, organic ingredients. Shannon has over two decades of baking and cake design experience, and has received training from some of the best cake designers in the world. Her work has been featured in local and regional publications. Shannon has won Best Of Georgia 2023, "Best For Bridal Bakery 2023" (Aroundabout Local Media), and more. Shannon's passion for cake design is matched only by her commitment to excellence and the highest dedication to providing a phenomenal client service experience.

I have been baking most of my life and began decorating in 1997. I made my first wedding cake in 2009. I opened Artful Cakery by Julie in 2013. I have also been a bakery manager at a major grocery chain in the southeast. I enjoy designing and decorating many types of cakes and desserts for weddings and other special occasions.

She is a classically trained Pastry Chef and has been baking with family recipes her entire life. She has experimented with hundreds of ingredients and uses this gift bestowed upon her to create delicious, high quality desserts. I’ve been in the business for over 12 years, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with many wonderful couples to make their wedding day extra special. I offer a variety of flavors, designs, and dietary options, ensuring that every cake is as delicious as it is beautiful.

This Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. A year later Suerence expanded from treats to making pastries and designing wedding cakes. Seeing how people reacted to her flavors and work of art she knew she took the right step in her business. She prides herself in the artwork of her desserts and gourmet layered donuts.

After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom. As fate would have it, that business lead me to grow my baking skills and I later combined that with my desire to create fine art and started Gingerspice Bakery.
