Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Both of our spaces feature original hardwood floors, warehouse style windows, and exposed brick, creating a beautiful raw aesthetic.

Our private event space is a world class, versatile, and unique venue that is fully equipped to accommodate events of all sizes. The beautifully re-vamped courtyard entry is included for a cocktail hour or outdoor option for your event. The guitar wall stage is a built in platform for entertainment as well as a wow-factor as guests enter the space. The museum tour is included with every event, guests can take a walk through multi-genre musical history with a tour of our 30,000 sq. ft museum. First Horizon Park (formerly First Tennessee Park) may be built for baseball, but the state-of-the-art facility is also quite versatile: fully equipped to turn the outfield into a concert stage, the warning track into a beer tasting line, or the infield into a soccer pitch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.
