Welcome to The Heights Villa Event Venue. Whether you are looking for a wedding venue, reception, corporate event, Quince or an elegant party, we have it all. There's much to see here, even more, to see in person. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line. Come by for a tour and see what all the hype is about. We are centrally located in the Heights area of the inner loop. We allow outside alcohol and catering.

“I hosted a wedding for my son and my new daughter-in-law last weekend. I am in awe of the whole evening. The venue was so beautiful. We had the wedding and reception in the same room. After the wedding, all the guests went out to the bar area for the cocktail hour. The room was magically transformed from a wedding ceremony to a reception within a very short time. The owners, Cathy and Brendan, were so easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable the first time we met. They answered all our questions and were very accommodating. Cathy, Brendan and Kelli, our coordinator, guided us through the whole process, from beginning to end. And the food! We elected to use The Lasagna House, which was fabulous! Their signature lasagna and the chicken fettuccine penne pasta was delicious. Every guest I spoke with enjoyed both the gorgeous venue and the dinner. I could go on and on about this fabulous place, but instead, just go see it for yourselves. They have open houses frequently. You can see the wedding venue and taste the different caterers’ food and cakes. I could not have asked for a better experience at The Heights Villa!”

“I met Kristina and her husband at the Bridal Expo and they were so sweet that I booked them that day. Kristina was always attentive to my questions. She is very detailed oriented and I can appreciate that because I’m the same way. I love that my package included wedding insurance and coordination. I worked with Brandi and Victoria from Next Chapter Weddings. They were very helpful. I suggest paying the extra fee to help with the rehearsal. I had a big wedding party and they helped us to get organized. We decided do the ceremony under the luxury tent. It was beautiful. It was hot outside but the luxury tent provided ample covering and there was a nice occasional breeze so we didn’t get too hot. The reception was in the banquet hall was stunning with two stories. We had the DJ and photo booth upstairs. After the ceremony we flipped the tent to the dance floor and bar area. Once it got dark the tent was light up and it was like dancing under the stars. All my guests commented how beautiful the venue was. The staff was amazing and catered to my needs to make my day flow smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to other couples.”

Willowynn Barn is located in the small town of Santa Fe Texas, 25 miles from Galveston and 30 miles south of Houston Texas. Our farmhouse wedding and event venue holds up to 250 guests and is located on 18 acres of private property with a chapel and many other outdoor ceremony sites to choose from. The Barn has an all white interior with a beautifully designed bridal suite and an amazing grooms room, each having their own private garden areas to enjoy. The Barn also has a full catering kitchen, a veranda for cocktail hour and we even have a on-site shot donkey to entertain your guests!!

“Willowynn Barn was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry, which put us at ease during the planning process. The seating arrangement was very flexible and we were able to easily adjust it to suit our needs using their online editor, though there was a bit of a learning curve. We loved the rustic vibe of the space with modern touch of the chandelier style. Willowynn Barn also went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly - they made sure the wedding party was fed during the transition between the ceremony and reception, and had police supervision to keep the venue safe. The appearance of a friendly donkey for guests to take photos with was an added bonus that our guests raved about. Overall, we highly recommend Willowynn Barn for any couple looking for a beautiful, accommodating, and well-run wedding venue.”
