We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. The Venue on Sealy is an elegant but simple venue located in historic downtown Alvin, TX. The building located at 225 W. Sealy was built in 1936. Over the years it had been home to several businesses, the last was Alvin hardware. So Now as new business owners, Doretha & Stephanie hope The Venue on Sealy will continue to serve the community just as the businesses in the past did. The Venue will offer small town charm with many decore options and in-house services that will allow us to create a memorable experience for our clients.
