Their team helped prep our event beautifully and we had a wonderful time overall. We will definitely be recommending their venue to others and hope we can use them again in the future!

Facility rentals are available year-round with limited availability for weddings based on Rental and Program calendars. We can accommodate groups of 25 to 400. At least one overnight stay required for wedding events. Cabins are rustic, dorm-style, with 4 to 10 beds per room and separate bathhouses. Many buildings are heated and all within walking distance of the main hall, but some are open-air enclosed cabins. Our event spaces are large and suitable for big group meetings and activities. Outdoor ceremonies can be held throughout the grounds or in the main hall. Our 4,000-sf main dining hall has a large commercial kitchen.The in-floor heating system retains heat in the event of a winter power outage.

Getting married at Camp Parsons was great. Josh Cunningham, the camp director, went above and beyond to help us with our special day. Josh answered any and all questions, answering with the most friendly, helpful attitude. The camp is situated in a private and gorgeous area, right on the bay. If you/guest love camping this is a great place to rent out for a long weekend wedding. We rented out the whole camp Friday-Sunday afternoon and our guests had a blast. Because the camp is nestled between forest and ocean it afforded us a lot of opportunities for amazing pictures. The health lodge was perfect for getting ready and for us (bride and groom) to stay in the night of the wedding. All in all, the venue was affordable, had everything we needed for a successful wedding and we will forever have great memories of our marriage.

We live in Seattle and wanted to get married in the city, and were drawn to industrial type venues. I think all in all we toured 15 venues across different Seattle neighborhoods and ended up choosing WithinSodo for it’s versatility in space, it’s already existing beauty (hint-budget brides- you really don’t need much additional decor unless you really want it), the welcoming staff, the easy kitchen for caterers, its size being large enough for our group but small enough to still feel intimate (we invited 200, 140 showed) and the opportunity to have some outdoor space on our wedding day. The energy in this venue is electric and we felt it each time we visited. While needing to use the in house bar at first felt like a con because it can be more expensive than doing it on your own-in the end became a pro as the ease of having everything taken care of by talented professionals (our drinks were amazing, the bar staff even worked with us to create a secret cocktail on the menu) was well worth it-and the cost was much lower than we expected given our friend group of happy drinkers. We loved everything about spending our wedding day at within Sodo from the ambiance and the slow reveal of different rooms in the space and especially the rooftop dance party and we’ll be forever grateful that we chose this space. We can’t review WithinSodo without gushing about Kate, which feels truly evil because not everyone will get to work with her in the same capacity as we did. Kate is the venue representative but happened to be filling in for the on-site day of coordinator to plan and execute our wedding day while WithinSodo was going through a coordinator staffing change. We just have to elaborate on how lucky we feel to have been placed with Kate and how lucky you’ll be to have Kate play ANY part in your wedding day as part of the WS team. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day because Kate worked so hard and so efficiently leading up to it and the day of the wedding. Kate’s attention to detail got us thinking about aspects of our wedding day that we hadn’t even considered, and through the answers she gleaned from her thoughtful questions she knew exactly what was important to us and where we were flexible and not. She got to know us, our story, and our hopes for the day so well and by the time the wedding day came we trusted her without reservation to solve problems, make decisions, and execute the best night of our lives so that we could be present. As a wedding client you have unlimited virtual or in person walk-through sessions at the venue as you’re planning, and we found ourselves taking every opportunity not only to come see the space in person but to spend some time with Kate. Her professionalism is 10/10 but in a way that still leaves her completely approachable and fun to be around. Kate-we know that you moved mountains for us on and before our wedding day and we will never forget the love and care you gave to us. We just received a sneak peek of our wedding video and Kate makes a tiny appearance and our hearts bursted with joy when we saw this because she became so cherished in our wedding memories. While she was in the background making everything happen she was very much in the foreground of gifting us calmness, confidence, and reassurance on our wedding day.

As a wedding DJ I have been to many venues and for a city venue this is a special one with the view of the canal, boats and trains. You are on the edge of the waterway and the windows do the view justice. Plenty of space for tables and a dance floor with another section that flows well into the space. The bar and esthetics are well thought out and the staff is friendly. The patio is perfect for an outdoor ceremony If you are having guest come visit Seattle, this is as Seattle as it gets. The Ruins was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was fast, helpful and thorough, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and overall value was whimsical, beautiful and incredibly convenient. We loved the fact that the Ruins is an all-in-one experience with the venue, food and drinks all included. The event staff were incredible before, during and after our event, and we had so many guests come up to us both during and after the wedding gushing about how beautiful the space was and how delicious the food is - especially the braised beef with chimichurri sauce. I would highly recommend this magical venue to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.

I am so glad we decided to go with Capitol City Barn. They had everything we needed. Tables, chairs, linens, things for decor, flexibility, heaters, arch for the altar, and more. On our wedding day we had clear skies in the forecast (rare for late October) and when the thunderstorm came in right at our ceremony time, they were quick to move things around so that we could have it outside only for the rain to stop and help us move it all outside again! I would recommend them to anyone getting married!

UW Botanic Gardens has two beautiful spaces to offer. The first, located at the Center for Urban Horticulture. The second, located at the Washington Park Arboretum. Both spaces offer ample outdoor space, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Both spaces are not far from Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington.

Being in the events industry for over 24 years in the Seattle area, the UW Botanic Gardens was one of the first venues our company worked at and is still the best overall facility we partner with today! The communication and flexibility make the UWBG the most well rounded venue with its indoor and outdoor options, ample parking, supplies available on site and most importantly the kind staff that work there from in the office to the folks who are on site during the events assisting as needed. As a catering company it is refreshing that the UWBG is run by gracious people that have been well trained enough to understand their clients needs as well as what it takes to run an amazing event balancing everything from client & vendor needs, flow of an event, layout... they just get it! They make things easier for everyone, and both corporate and social clients should be very grateful that this centrally located space is available. It is a rare combination from my experience to excel in so many areas of the event industry all wrapped in one awesome venue.

This is the most beautiful venue that is picture perfect for any wedding, large or small. We look forward to the summer months so we can spend our weekends at the gardens.

We had about 100 people and everyone was able to sit and watch and enjoy our pre-wedding event. We had so much fun and the venue is beautiful.

Throughout the planning process, the venue coordinator was extremely efficient, fast, and reliable in communication. She responded quickly to any questions we had and provided recommendations that helped our big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, the staff at Edlynn Farm was very accommodating and helpful in making sure things were set up properly and assisting vendors. They went above and beyond to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Edlynn Farm to any couples looking for a scenic, rustic setting with fantastic service.

Brides, you want someone who knows your space when you get to planning final details like where should the bar, photo booth, etc. go. My now husband and I were also planning this wedding from Washington DC with a limited amount of time in Seattle to come onsite to complete venue walk throughs and final tastings. The Venue Manager always accommodated us, coming in on Sunday to do our final walk through. I am so relieved to say our day went perfectly as planned - not a single thing went wrong. I would highly recommend Columbia for their wine and their beautiful space, but even more emphatically because of the Venue's Manager.

We LOVED Woodinville Lavender and working with Tom, the owner. We planned our WA wedding from Southern California and found Woodinville Lavender about 7 months before what would turn out to be our wedding date. The process started by hopping onto a Zoom call with Tom where he showed us so many pictures and examples of weddings past. He provided dates the venue was available and showed us pictures of his lavender farm from that date in years past to show us the most accurate representation of what we would get on our wedding day. He answered all of our questions with ease and we booked without ever visiting the venue, that's how much we trusted him! We were able to meet up with Tom at the venue in person in February where he walked us through the grounds, showed us our possibilities of where ceremony and reception would take place, and assured me (the born and raised Southern Californian) there was a rain plan and what it would entail. Like most brides, I imagined sun on my summer wedding day, but I walked away from that meeting feeling great about the rain plan if we needed to enact it. Tom was incredibly communicative and accommodating. When we were struggling to find certain vendors and his recommended list was out of our budget, he went out of his way to brainstorm some more vendors he worked with that was within our budget and gave us details on how they were when he worked with them in weddings past. Truly, Tom's lengthy experience in the wedding industry is such a bonus to his beautiful venue. It put us at ease throughout the process and day of that he knew what he was doing and that we could trust him fully (which is priceless when it comes to vendors). We also forgot to grab a sentimental item and reached out to him a few weeks after the wedding to see if we happened to have left it at the venue. He found it and shipped it back to us, no charge, no questions asked. In summary, the venue is incredible, but Tom is the best (:

Our wedding hit a few snags with a big storm and regional power outage that led to a bunch of last minute cleanup needs, generators, and all sorts of challenges. We found this venue and Instantly fell in love with everything. Angie is the most professional and wonderful person I have met. She helped calm my nerves and walk me threw every step of the process. This was all new to me and she made it so easy to understand and helped me every step of the way. Her husband Bob she as A blast and we had so much fun working with them both. Our wedding was stunning and the level of detail they both went to to make our day so special blew away all my expectations and hopes. If you are looking to get married I highly recommend this venue! As well as having Angie as your wedding planner because she is amazing! I could not have done this without her!

Nestled amongst thirty tranquil acres of our lush wooded private property, The Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished micro-wedding or elopement. We are just four miles east of downtown Redmond and fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle. Within the forest is the Emerald Forest Theater, built-in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. The forest of hemlocks, cedars, and fir trees within a gorgeous carpet of green moss is truly one of the most beautiful forests in the world (or so we have been told dozens of times!).

When we mentioned wanting a cross at the altar, they went above and beyond—they built one for us, and it was absolutely beautiful. They even provided extra decorations, which helped us stay within budget, a huge plus! We decided to rent the venue for the entire weekend, and it made the experience even more special. Spending extra time with family in such a stunning location was truly unforgettable. The team was incredibly helpful in setting everything up and ensuring we had everything we needed. They even had thoughtful details like extra ice, sewing kits, medications, and other essentials in the bathroom, which added an extra layer of care. For the price we paid, the experience felt like five-star treatment. I honestly never imagined we could afford our dream venue, but Winter View Lodge made it possible. We are beyond thankful for their support. The day was sunny and perfect, but it was reassuring to have the tent available in case of rain. 2 Beautiful Venues: Wayfarer can accommodate 100 guests and includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, chairs, and tents.  The venue has a garden party feel with an orchard which makes an incredible natural canopy of trees for our long farm tables to go under for the reception. Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests.
