Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! I’m a born and raised Arizona Native, lover of antiques and overly obsessed dog mom. My husband and I got married in November 2020, we’ve actually known each other since we were kids (cute, right?)! He’s my best friend, ultimate hype man and the muscle that keeps Sage + Stone going. So needless to say he’s pretty great. After 8+ years in the events industry, I’ve finally found my passion – creating one of a kind, unique to you wedding experiences for the wildly in love. So with the love and support from friends and family, I officially launched Sage + Stone Weddings on March 1st, 2021 and haven’t looked back since!

I cannot recommend Sage Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage Stone as your wedding planning team!

I don't even know where to start about how amazing Jeanette was! I was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator for such a small wedding (less than 30 people) but our venue was unconventional and had never had a wedding ceremony before. I'm SO glad we hired her! Upon our first call, we instantly had a connection with her and her vibe was exactly what we needed. She felt like a true friend that day and took off all stress. I am a major type A planner and was worried about the set up & décor being up to my standards but not having time to myself for getting ready. Liz was absolutely incredible. From our first call, she took the time and care to understand my vision and executed it flawlessly on the big day. Ebeling Events was an amazing partner for wedding planning and we recommend them to make your event smooth and stress-free. We signed up for a wedding package at Starling Hill (Audubon Center at Debs Park). We worked with Kim as our lead coordinator and also worked with Katie who was the associate lead and our day-of coordinator. It was easy to have a wedding package, so we didn’t have to seek out many separate wedding vendors and read tons of different contracts. We appreciated how the main essential event set-up was all in one place. Saved us so much time and energy working with these true professionals. They offered narrowed down options, which we really appreciated to save us from decision-fatigue, but if we had special upgrade requests, Kim and her team figured them out to allow for customization too. Kim was easy to reach and super helpful to handle any concerns with her many years of planning expertise. Her and her team were also fun to work with and super responsible and professional, so the actual wedding day was extremely low stress. The vendors Ebeling Events arranged for us as a part of our package were all amazing: florist, catering, bartenders, cake, DJ, lighting, rentals, decor, shuttle, and security. Kim was also an incredible resource for connecting us with outside vendors, as we hired our photographer and make-up artist from her list of recommendations and they were stellar, too. The Ebeling Events team is so talented at what they do. We were extremely impressed when watching Kim form the schedule for the day, and her ability to coach and wrangle the families at our rehearsal was legendary, too. We would have been lost and without Kim and her team. Thanks to Kim and Katie!

My husband and I got married late in life. Neither one of us had had a wedding before. We were new to Arizona, and we had 60 people coming in from out of state and we wanted to throw an unforgettable party. Under Bella's guidance, our wedding was a unique, magical event that looked stunning, and went flawlessly. Every vendor Bella brought in did an incredible job, and Bella herself is an absolute gem. She's creative, extremely professional, and will go above and beyond to help you experience the wedding of your dreams. On the day of our wedding (October 15th), the day started with a suprise monsoon! Ours was an outdoor wedding and I was a wreck. Heavy downpours were soaking the stage, band equipment and tables. Bella was very reassuring as the skies continued to rumble until MOMENTS before the ceremony. Just as I started walking down the aisle, a golden light spilled over the mountain above the property and a circle of blue sky formed above us. A dragonfly appeared behind our minister and started flying in an eternity symbol pattern. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and a beautiful sunset for the rest of the wedding. Bella was my rock that day. She orchestrated the timing of the vendors and aspects of the wedding such that all I had to do was enjoy the day. Everything else happened like 'magic.' But it wasn't magic. It was Bella keeping the pace, directing everyone behind the scenes and giving us a truly beautiful experience. She's so lovely, kind, and she truly cares. Your wedding day will go quickly...too quickly. Give yourself the gift of having Bella at your side. She can't control the weather, but she WILL be on top of everything else, so that you can savor every moment.

JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. JayLynn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your hard work and your commitment to making our day perfect! We appreciate you and the work you do SO MUCH!! I know that I probably missed so many of the things she did for us because she did it all but we are forever grateful for her and her help!
