About this venue

Our riverside, outdoor venue is a working ranch that has been in our family for 70 years. We host weddings and other events (Verde Valley Birding Festival) throughout the year. Each season brings a unique color and vibe to our property. We have several covered patios, and ceremony and reception seating for up to 100 included in every package. Additional seating can be arranged. We have onsite overnight accommodations for up to 20. There are also options for camping or bringing an RV during your event.

Riverside Ceremony

A nature-lover's dream - the secluded riverside retreat offers endless options for seating arrangements

This space is entirely outdoors and ideal for a spring or fall wedding when the sun is a little lower in the sky. We provide a 'mobile' stage to elevate the couple to be in view of all guests. We can also provide transportation to and from the ceremony site to the reception site upon request. Potable water is available at this location. There is no electricity at this location, however we have small generators to assist in powering microphones and speakers.

Cottonwood Field

Exceptionally shaded area with magnificent mountain view

This is the perfect space for a morning or evening wedding in late spring or early summer. Cottonwood trees dot the property and this particular one provides mountain views and plenty of space and shade for a ceremony, reception, or both.

Ramada Reception

Inviting covered ramada, perfect for serving food, drinks or both - included with all packages

This space features a 2000 square foot cement slab with plenty of grassy space for extra tables. Tents can be rented from our preferred vendor to provide extra shade for your guests
