You and your guests can take in the iconic backdrop of Cathedral Rock with a cocktail hour or wedding ceremony on the outdoor patio. The massive windows in the house wrap across the entire space and provide amazing views looking out across the Sedona red rock desert. With a capacity of up to 100 people for your choice of an outdoor ceremony and reception, you have lots of freedom when thinking about your guest list. You and your spouse-to-be will have a beautiful time with your friends and family here, with the entire cosmos as your nighttime backdrop: a uniquely special feature of this dark sky community. Our Back O’ Beyond mansion is perfect for your intimate or lavish ceremony, reception space and lodging, for a sunny daytime party or a romantic candle-lit evening, we have it all!

Sedona Wed made our special day truly memorable. Their communication style was clear, complete, and reflected their wealth of experience, having hosted over 60 weddings at the property. Andrea, the head planner, was a pleasure to work with - polite, professional, and extremely thorough in overseeing every aspect of our event. From the moment we first spoke with Andrea and the team at Sedona Wed, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style was friendly, professional, warm, confident and respectful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly breathtaking - they provided us with the most sweeping red rock views we could have ever imagined for our wedding day, all while working seamlessly within our budget. Andrea and her team handled everything from beginning to end with such class and finesse, making us feel completely at ease and confident that our special day would be perfect. Yes, the cost per night is $1,250 with a $500 cleaning fee. Event fees, services and event rentals are not included in that price. Please contact us for more details.

6 adults and 2 children. If guests don’t mind floor mattresses we could accommodate an extra 2 adults.

Check in 4pm and check out 11am.

Maximum is 120 guests for the ceremony area.

Seated at the same time we can accommodate up to 80 guests on the outdoor area and 40 extra inside.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Yes, for overnight stay of up to 5 cars. For the event day we offer a shuttle service for an extra fee. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.

No, unfortunately our home is not equipped with ADA ramps and handle bars but we may assist with making it easier for them to attend the event by placing temporary ramps ant our entrance steps.

The venue rental per hour or for overnight stay.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are refundable within 40 days of booking. If you cancel your event after 40 days of your booked date, you will loose your deposit and we may bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Yes you must purchase your own renters insurance- estimated $50 for the entire event or stay.
