Our ideal seated capacity for dinner and dancing is 160 guests, however, we do have additional creative options to accommodate a heavy reception style event for up to 250 guests.

The Ballroom features downtown city views, through the towering floor to ceiling windows. The 18ft ceilings and beautiful white oak wood floors are an elegant backdrop to any affair. The entire Ballroom is 3,257 square feet, which allows ample space to personalize your evening with dinner, dancing, and entertainment.

Celebrate under a constellation of mirror balls!
Guests will enjoy passed canapes and signature cocktails in our stunning Arts Club. You are first welcomed into the lounge featuring black damask velvet sofas, black leather banquettes. From there, the green marble bar with its canary yellow stools is the perfect precursor to the theater, which boasts a ceiling of mirror balls and red velvet drapery.

Wedding of our Dreams
We recently got married at the Tampa Edition and the entire process was wonderful. We had our ceremony on the garden terrace and our reception in the ballroom. From our first tour to tastings to planning calls, we received white glove service. The wedding weekend was incredible - every detail was covered and our guests felt so special. The space turned out to be so beautiful and the food was INCREDIBLE!! ALL of the staff (valet, room service, front desk, servers, bar tenders etc) were so professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond with so many small personalized details made the weekend that much more special. I am SO glad we chose this venue. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Events at the Tampa Edition
The Tampa Edition Hotel is the perfect location for hosting any event, big or small. We have had the pleasure of working here a few times now and we are impressed by every aspect they offer. From exceptional service, beautiful event spaces, delicious food and cocktails, location in Tampa Bay, and more, your guests will be wowed in every way when selecting this venue. We are ultimately impressed by the staffs professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent experience for guests, but going above and beyond to ensure a perfect celebration. We are grateful for our opportunities we have had here, and are looking forward to many more in the future!

The Tampa Edition is at the very top of our preferred venue lists! The property is beautiful, located right in the heart of the brand new downtown Water Street. We love working with Deena, Megan and Jessica. Both our clients and vendor partners love having events at the Tampa Edition!
