SCAD Ivy Hall Home

Ivy Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. One of Georgia’s earliest examples of Queen Anne-Victorian style architecture

SCAD Ivy Hall, formerly the Peters House, was designed by noted architect Gottfried L. Norrman in 1883. In 2007, SCAD acquired and extensively rehabilitated the building, which reopened in the fall of 2008. This beautiful location, conveniently sited in Midtown Atlanta, is available to rent for special occasions or corporate events throughout the year.
