Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up (not including vendor load-in). Any additional time will be billed at $400 per hour. Or choose our VIP Package at $6500 and have a 12-hour window for the event.

No, our venue is fully insured. Your bar service will need to share a copy of their TABC license and insurance but you may even cater the event yourself.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located Galveston, TX and the nearest airport is in Houston, TX. You can reach our venue by private transportation, Lyft or Uber, or by taxi.

Our pricing remains the same all year except during festivals and events held on Strand St. below, such as Mardi Gras and Lone Star Rally.

No, a licensed bar service is required to serve on our premises. It may one that you choose, but they must be licensed and insured. However, many bar services allow you to bring the alcohol and pay them to serve it these days. That is a possibility.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side of the street into our entrance with an elevator to the top floor.

We do not offer a parking area or have on-site parking. However, there are several lots very close to the facility, one being across the street.
