The Pavilion

The premier rustic venue in the Yadkin Valley, customizable to your vision!

Our gorgeous Pavilion officially opened in 2018! Built entirely from wood cleared off the Phillips’ Family Farm, the Pavilion is an expansive 3,500 square feet, and includes a full working kitchen and bar. Surrounded by fully grown pines, and rolling hills, the Pavilion at Pine Knoll Farms is nestled in the “Big Woods” of Yadkin County, North Carolina. The Pine Knoll Farms bath house offers four bathrooms, and is fully handicap accessible.

A scenic pond overlook with beautiful full-grown pines as a gorgeous wedding ceremony backdrop.

Our ceremony site features a gorgeous platform overlooking our pine-surrounded pond. Add to our bench-style seating for larger parties, and walk through our vintage doors to make your grand entrance! While your guests are being seated and wedding party is entering, enjoy a short ride around the property to stay hidden prior to your big moment. Our ceremony site is perfect for small, intimate elopements, or larger weddings. Use of our speaker system for sound and music is included.

Description

Assistance with planning entire weddings or specific activities, discussion of wedding prep and wedding day logistics, negotiation of vendor contracts, and wedding-day coordination. We recommend at least 12 months of planning time, but are more than happy to assist with faster timeframes as well. Although we are partial to hosting events at the Pine Knoll Farms property, our services are available for other locations as well.

Description

Wedding day always goes smoother with help from an outside director to keep things organized. We offer a package of 8 hours of wedding day coordination, to include directing of ceremony and reception. We will work with you and your vendors to create a schedule for your wedding day and help create a plan for introductions, first dances, cake cutting, and more at your reception!
