The Space

Formerly the Goldsboro Country Club, this venue is now a perfect setting for your ideal wedding along with the Goldsboro Golf Course Clubhouse.

Goldsboro Events Center offers four event spaces year-round: a ballroom, dining room, bar room, and a space that serves as a gallery, patio, and lawn. There are many event configurations, meaning that you may have your dream wedding in your dream setting, whether that’s outdoors or indoors. To determine which, just ask yourself if you want lots of natural light and wooden floors for your ceremony, or perhaps a nice green plot of land. You and your sweetheart may have up to 300 people in this space. It’s not just for wedding ceremonies and receptions either: Goldsboro Event Center is a prime location to host your elopement, engagement party, bridal shower, and rehearsal dinner.

This spot is like a blank canvas, as you will be able to have a full say in which licensed outside vendors you choose and how things look in terms of layout. They definitely won’t leave you hanging, though, as they have a list of preferred vendors, which does include licensed caterers. The center offers lighting, sound, and event rentals. They also will take care of the setup, which lightens the load on you and your crew. A building attendant and security staff may be present throughout your event; you’ll learn what’s needed through working with the Goldsboro Event Center event manager.
