Owner & Lead Designer / Planner

Taylor is a North Shore Massachusetts native but landed here in Philadelphia after attending Drexel University. She earned her Bachelors and Master's Degrees in Architectural Engineering but her passion has always been in creativity and design. That's what prompted her to create Taylor Emily Design Co. to specialize in a wide array of creative services: events, proposals, and interior environments.

Although her designs can be bold and energetic, she brings a calming presence to every event she plans. As an engineer with a creative edge, she has always been the go-to person friends and family turn to when it comes to event planning and interior design. Her background gives her a great spatial awareness and the ability to create a vision. Taylor is a proud mother of two adorable rescued pit bulls, Millie & Hank, and an avid traveler. When she's not working, she's probably sending her fiancé a million pictures of more dogs to adopt, listening to a true crime podcast, or working on renovation projects at her and her husband's new home!

    We hired Taylor Emily Events for our wedding month-of-coordination and we had an incredible experience!! Jackie was our coordinator and she ensured every detail was perfect from the photography timeline, the decor, helping sort final vendor payments, and SO much more.
