About this venue
This beautiful chapel is ideal for every type of wedding ceremony. The charming exterior with period features has a surprise interior: enjoy the modern colored-glass windows and a magnificent arched feature wall that serves as a beautiful alter backdrop. Enjoy a private nature view with tall eucalyptus and local foliage. Urban beams create an airy atmosphere accented with hanging chandeliers, tall pillars, and historic pews.

Built in 1864, the quaint Chapel of Our Lady was the Presidio’s first house of worship. Generations of military personnel attended services in this non-denominational site. The Chapel is located within the Main Post - the cultural heart of the Presidio - near the Inn at the Presidio and the Presidio Officers’ Club.
