Incredible Team and Venue
Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is a dream wedding venue. This is MY perfect spot after touring it...there was no need to look at any other venues. Seriously. Jane and her team blew me away. They're SO creative and fun to work with. The vineyard views are breathtaking as well as the Villa. You can really see forever and I love how private the entire property is. The planning team is top-notch so far and I chose their in-house bar service.. They're helping me bring all my wild ideas to life. We're even planning a silent disco for the reception afterparty! What I love most is how they let me be me and have encouraged all of my ideas for my wedding theme. If you want a venue that's gorgeous, creative, and eco-friendly, check out Black Oak Mountain Vineyards. You won't regret it. I can't wait for my big day. Thanks to this amazing place and team, it's going to be magical.

Black Oak Mountain Vineyard is a gorgeous venue nested in picturesque Cool, California. From the moment you enter the gates, you are transported to a beautiful Estate with views for days! The elegant estate house is perfect for a ceremony, cocktail hour, intimate dinner, or sprawling reception. The barn is perfect for any occasion and is so versatile and perfect for a couple who wants to transform their wedding and make it unique to them. The staff is amazing! They are so professional and willing to work with all the vendors on site to ensure that the day is a complete success. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. I cannot wait to work here again!

Black oak mountain vineyards is by far one of the most beautiful places I’ve have worked . The beautiful setting allows for endless ideas when hosting your event. Weather you’re having a beautiful more intimate dinner at the Main estate to a full blown gala at the beautiful barn below. It’s truly the most beautiful mountain venue.
