Hello, Savannah here! I have always enjoyed planning, organizing, and hosting events. If you know me, you know I always have my planner with me ready to plan my next turn. Not only do I have a hobby for planning, I also have endearment for weddings. It wasn’t until I coordinated a few of my friends’ weddings that I found my passion. Creating a dream come true is a special feeling. It is a pleasure to build relationships, establish connections, and make families come together. I recently married my best friend in July of 2023. I reside in Tenino, WA. I look forward to meeting beautiful couples & creating a day you will cherish forever.

I am one who is detail oriented, communicative, and diligent in carrying out my couples dreams and aspirations. In the event of unplanned changes, I am one who is calm and innovative in applying a plan B. Not only do I focus on my main duties, when needed I am someone you can ask to do a task and get it done in a heartbeat.

    I couldn’t have pictured our day without Savannah. She made sure everything ran smoothly months before and day of! Handled things behind the scenes we didn’t even know about till later and calmed my nerves x10000 all day. She is the best of the best and she’ll go above and beyond for you! She deserves the highest praise, and we’re so so thankful for her being apart of our big day!

    I am so happy I chose Savannah to help me with the last few months of wedding planning! She was there for ideas, support, reminders, last minute stress and of course all the wedding day chaos. She thought of things that I never would have thought about planning a wedding on my own. She was quick at responding, she helped with advice when I needed it about other vendors & she was on top of communication with all my vendors. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with wedding planning!!

    Savannah is an amazing wedding coordinator. She exceeded all of my expectations! Personally, I am someone who does not excel at planning and organizing, so big events would stress me out in the past. However savannah met me right where I was, She had so many ideas on how to organize and get our planning process going, which was exactly what I needed. One of the things that really helped us was getting reminders from her though out the months leading up to the wedding! She would make sure we were on track and help with every little thing we needed the entire time. She helped me plan down to the last detail, made sure the decor was setup the day before and answered all of my wedding questions. I would recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding, because she is the reason we had such a special day. Because of her our wedding day went so smooth and was stress free. Savannah took away all the stress associated with wedding planning and made it a fun process instead!

    I cannot say enough kind words about Savannah’s capabilities as an amazing wedding coordinator. She really does exceptional work. It’s obvious that her main goal is to provide the bride and groom with the wedding of their dreams and make it as simple and stress-free as possible. The only thing that was important to me was that the wedding planning process was stress free, enjoyable, and memorable. Because of Savannah, it was. At our first meeting, we laid out all the details, what I wanted, how we could make the reception unique to mine and my husband’s interests, and just what we wanted the atmosphere to be like on the day of… Savannah was thorough in taking notes and jotting EVERYTHING down. At the rehearsal/ set up, Savannah took charge and put my vision into reality. She gave direction and made the whole process fun. I think that if I would have had to do everything myself, I wouldn’t have enjoyed the process like I did. On the day of our wedding reception, Savannah made sure that the reception hall was ready for all the guests that were going to arrive later that day. She put the desert table together, made sure our bar was set up, put a playlist together, basically everything! She made sure everyone was running on time for photos (especially the boys ha-ha), and even helped some of the girls finish getting ready. The day was magical, and it wouldn’t have been pulled off without Savannah. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is so passionate about this career field, and it shows in all the time and effort she puts forth when planning your special day. BOOK SAVANNAH FOR YOUR WEDDING!!
