My name is Julian and I have the incredible opportunity to design wedding cakes. It's such a joy to blend my passion for baking with my love for the fashion world. Watching the trends in color and textiles inspires me to find innovative ways to incorporate them into my cake creations. Each custom cake I design is a genuine expression of art. I take immense pride in sourcing ingredients from around the world, ensuring that the interior is just as beautiful as the exterior.

With chocolate crafted in the Rhône Valley of France, vanilla from the tropical coast of Madagascar, and roses fed by the Nile in the Faiyum oasis, Egypt, my edible works of art transport clients to worlds imagined.

    Chef Julian with Belladonna baking provided the cake for my wedding in November of 2022. At our initial consultation, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He seemed to really want to understand our love story and the vibe and theme of our wedding, and create a cake specifically for us. We brought some specific ideas and requests, and not only did he accommodate them, he was excited about them! Our cake was a show stopper in terms of both looks and taste. Multiple guests commented to us that it was the best cake they've ever eaten. We really can't recommend him enough!
