Hi! I'm Rachel, Owner and Lead Planner of RLP Events. I’m a proud Florida native with a deep love for nature, helping people, and all things wedding. I’ve always been fascinated by the magic of weddings—the joy, the details, the love stories. That passion turned into a career, and I’ve been honored to help couples bring their dream days to life ever since! When I’m not organizing details or coordinating ceremonies, you’ll find me on a canoeing the local springs or at home snuggled up with my husband, dog, and three cats. My goal as your wedding planner is to make the planning process joyful, stress-free, and uniquely you!

Weddings are more than events—they’re deeply personal celebrations of love, commitment, and connection. I treat each one with the care, intention, and creativity it deserves. What sets me apart isn’t just my passion for weddings (though I’ve had that since I was facilitating Barbie and Ken's wedding!)—it’s the way I combine heart, organization, and vision to make magic happen for my couples!

Our Full-Service Planning package is perfect for couples who want expert support from start to finish. We’ll manage every detail—from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to timeline creation, event design, and flawless day-of execution. Every element is managed with precision, so you can enjoy your wedding day!

This package is for couples who have already laid the foundation—your venue is booked, your vision is set, and most of your vendors are confirmed. We’ll step in a couple of months before your wedding to meticulously review your plans, refine the logistics, and communicate with your vendors to confirm everything is perfectly aligned. On your day, we’ll take charge of the coordination, allowing you to focus entirely on your wedding.
