Avid Traveler. Detail Oriented. Organized, Fun and a Little Bit Crazy (but who isn’t)! Our number one goal is to ensure your day is perfect, however that may look for you! As a 2024 Bride myself, backed by a team of recently married women, as well. We are equipped with many resources to create the day of your dreams alongside you. Let’s get to planning!
We take a more intimate approach. We have tons of experience with friends and family who never hesitate to tell us when they didn’t like something. We have experience with weddings of all budgets and sizes and have learned from some of the best planners in the industry. We notice everything, and ensure that all bases are covered for your big day. Your photographer fell through last minute? We've got one on standby (literally, this has happened to us before)! Your aunt is conspiring to jump into all of your photos? Not on my watch! We work for you. Nobody else. It’s your day, and a big one at that. Let's make it perfect!

Being that I have traveled to 29+ parks within the U.S., I have familiarized myself with rules, regulations and amazing destinations for your ceremony and reception of your dreams! If you’re looking for someone who loves to travel, plan and help couples stay organized for their big day- I’m your girl! | For the couples who have loved planning their wedding, but don't seem to have enough time or energy to finish on their own. Our team is there for you to get you to the finish line and relieve you from some of the more tedious planning tasks, all the way through your wedding date! | Have all your ducks in a row but you’re just needing someone to make sure your big day goes perfect? I’m your girl! I’ll make sure that your plan is followed to a T and any issues that arise day of are dealt with so you can put your feet up and celebrate! |

BEST investment!
Redwood Weddings and Events was an invaluable day of coordinator (but basically a month of coordinator). From the start, their communication was thorough, clear, and timely, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. Alex and her team demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail, helping us navigate the many moving parts of our wedding day. They went above and beyond, even picking up our cake and lunch so we could fully enjoy our special day, and she attended vendor meetings with us onsite which was so stress relieving. Alex and her team treated us like close friends, providing the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Their excellent service and beautiful execution made them an indispensable part of creating our dream wedding. We cannot recommend Redwood Weddings and Events highly enough and truly appreciate everything Alex did for us!

Redwood Weddings and Events was an outstanding wedding planning team to work with. From our very first communication, the team was prompt, clear, and detail-oriented in their approach. Alex, our lead planner, was an absolute expert in all things wedding and truly helped make our big day the wedding of our dreams. She expertly created a seamless timeline and attended to every little detail, ensuring the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Redwood Weddings and Events' professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire planning process, and we are so grateful for the role they played in making our wedding truly special.
Couldn't have done it without Redwood!
Alex was very open and friendly from our first meeting with her. Even though we just hired her to help out on the day of the wedding, she met with us several times beforehand, was always very responsive over email, and provided us with many helpful resources. She helped us navigate the incredibly confusing and overwhelming wedding industry! We had a private estate wedding which presented many challenges, and we could not have set everything up without Alex's help. If you have a private estate wedding with a lot of moving parts, we suggest hiring an additional assistant too. We highly recommend Redwood Weddings if you're like us and want some extra support and peace of mind on your wedding day.
Couldn't imagine the day and month without them!
I found Redwood only 30 days out from my big day when another coordinator cancelled last minute on me. It was such a blessing finding Alex and Katie. They offered so much more than just day of coordination and helped my 175 person wedding on a family property come to life. Since we used a private venue we needed to think through a lot of things infrastructure related. I could not have had as stress free of an event and a perfect day without their coordination services. They also handled decor set up and take down which was huge to save my friends and family time. Can’t recommend enough!
