My name is Kandace Walters, and I am the owner of Pink Arrow Events. I am a certified Wedding and Event Planner, who has an over the top attention to detail, highly organized and loves to plan! My specialty is Month of Coordination for weddings, but I am qualified to plan and coordinate any event. I offer a complimentary one hour introduction meeting so that we can meet in person, confirm our personalities align and answer any questions you may have.

What sets me apart is the fact that I am very personable and treat my couples like family. I also treat every wedding as it was my own! Another thing that sets me apart is my attention to detail. Whether that’s small trash on the floor, silverware not lined up exactly right or a strand of the bride’s hair out of place. I put my whole heart in everything I do.

    From the moment we began working with Pink Arrow Events, we were impressed by their efficient, direct, and clear communication style. Kandace proved to be a true professional, demonstrating an exceptional attention to detail that went above and beyond our expectations. On our wedding day, we never had an empty glass or had to ask for anything - our needs were met before we even knew we needed something. Kandace was friendly, punctual, and supportive, ensuring that we could fully experience and enjoy our special day without worrying about the logistics. Her ability to handle any issues that arose behind the scenes allowed us to be present and make our dreams come true. So many of our family members have mentioned to us how wonderful Kandace was, and that they were thankful to have her there. She even went as far as meeting the needs of the mother of the bride, father of the bride, and parents of the groom throughout the reception without being asked. We are so grateful to Kandace for helping our wedding run so smoothly.

    Kandace was AMAZING!!! She was so clear, direct, and professional all while balancing being flexible, caring, and celebratory towards us! It was so relieving knowing I had her in my corner all day. Kandace was willing to help with anything I might’ve needed on my wedding day, and never made it feel like a request above or below her. She handled hiccups with true professionalism and helped keep me calm and off the edge when unexpected things occurred. I can’t recommend Kandace enough for anyone needing a day of coordinator. I had a two location wedding with many vendors, and she managed all of it very well. She kept us on time and kept all vendors on schedule throughout the evening. Her personality is so easy to click with and get along it felt like having an old friend by my side all day!!! Thank you again Kandace.

    Pink Arrow Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. They were very thorough in their communication with us throughout the entire planning process, always making sure we were informed and on top of everything. Their attention to detail and dedication to their work was truly remarkable - nothing but the best! I was completely stressed out the morning of my wedding decorating, but the lead planner from Pink Arrow Events told me to take a minute for myself and she would handle any questions or issues that came up. She carried that stress on her shoulders and handled it perfectly, allowing me to fully enjoy my wedding day without a worry. I cannot recommend Pink Arrow Events highly enough to any couple planning their wedding. They made our special day seamless and unforgettable!
