I have been passionately planning weddings and events since 2017. With a love for transforming dreams and visions from pen and paper into stunning realities, I find immense joy in creating magical moments that reflect each couple's unique love story. My dedication to detail and flair for creativity ensure that every celebration is as unforgettable as it is beautiful. When I'm not planning a wedding you can find me with a book in hand, at the nearest movie theater, or sipping an Old Fashioned on my back porch. I love making memories with my wife, iced caramel lattes with oat milk, sweet peach tea, and all things Beyoncé.

We take classic and luxurious looking weddings, and add a flair of fun and modern character. Who said wedding planning had to be a chore? Each wedding we take on has one goal in mind, the bride and groom become family. We'll laugh with you, cry with you, and on your big day we'll dance with you. This is Olive & Oak!

Description

Full service wedding planning & design is the service for you if you'd like a pro to take the reins in designing your wedding, finding the right vendors to bring the design to fruition, meeting with you regularly, being one step ahead every step of the process and coordinating logistics, and executing the plans day-of. We are with you from beginning to end, and then some.

Customized, partial wedding planning is the service for you if you want to handle vendor communications and plan your wedding on your own, but need guidance along the way. This scope of planning can be customized to meet your needs. For example, this custom scope may include quarterly touchpoint calls and in-depth planning with 2-4 select vendors, in addition to managing the wedding day.

Wedding day coordination is the service for you if you intend to design your own event and book your own vendors (I am happy to offer suggestions), but would like a pro to review the final details, create a logical timeline, serve as the vendor point of contact, and coordinate the event day of. This way you can reserve your focus for loved ones and your new spouse.

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Kadri and his work. His attention to detail and willingness to do whatever you need to make your day exactly the way you envisioned is worth every penny. He thought my tablecloths looked too wrinkly for his liking and personally steamed them because he desires perfection. There is not one thing that didn’t go as planned on the day and that is just a testament to the work Kadri requires of himself. You don’t need to tell him anything twice, he will get it and make it happen. If you want a worry/stress free wedding day without giving a second thought to vendors, drop offs, tipping, set up, ceremony structure etc then you need to hire Kadri IMMEDIATELY.

    When Kadri and I got married I was so excited, but quickly overwhelmed with all the things that are required when planning your own wedding. Lucky for me, Kadri had planned multiple weddings by the time we got engaged and took on the role of wedding planner. He provided me with as much voice and freedom as I wanted, while shouldering the majority of wedding tasks. I told him my vision for our special day, and he made it happen. I remember being stressed about the “small details” closer to the wedding and he told me not to worry about it because he had already figured it out. He turned my ideas into a beautiful reality and made my dreams come true. I know many brides who have felt stressed and overwhelmed leading up to their wedding, but thankfully, I can’t relate, and that is all thanks to Kadri! Outside of our own wedding, I have attended several weddings Kadri has planned. He is efficient, professional, hardworking, and so much fun. He isn’t afraid to get things done and ruffle some feathers if it’s needed. His priority is always the couple and making sure they and their dream wedding is prioritized above all else. He is personable and gets to know everyone involved in making the day happen. You seriously could not find I better person to plan your wedding!

    Met with us consistently and gave us the best support day of I’ve ever seen. Never had to worry about anything. Kadri and his assistants are experts and if I was to get married 50 times I’d use them everytime. Period. You need their company as wedding planners.
