Meet Keirstan and Keante Rodriguez! We are the husband-and-wife wedding planning team, who fell in love with planning during the time of planning our own wedding. We share 3 beautiful children together and reside in a small town in Niagara County, NY. As a child, I was your typical young girl always watching Jennifer Lopez in "The Wedding Planner" thinking how cool it would be to one day have the same career, flash forward to 2021 we made it official and started our journey! We knew from experience that wedding planning could be extremely stressful and could get very expensive.

We are essentially your one stop shop for ALL of your wedding needs! Offering not only wedding planning/coordination services but also wedding decor, photobooth, and an intimate event space to host smaller weddings, bridal showers, etc. We strive to tailor all of your wedding needs for an affordable price!

So, you're not much of a planner or you have an extremely hectic and no time to plan? No problem! Allow us to do everything form start to finish!

You're halfway there! You've made it this far, congratulations! It is truly a gift to do planning and you accomplished most of it on your own! But now you are burnt out ad we certainly don't want that! Allow us to take over your final months, and you can focus on the fun stuff like menu and cake tasting!

Your day is almost here, and you absolutely smashed it on your own but you're wondering who will take the reins the day of your wedding...? That's where we come inn! Full day coordination is up to 10 hours!

    KR Events & Designs LLC was the perfect wedding planning partner for our special day. Keirstan was professional, straight-forward and honest in her communication, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. Her work was incredibly organized - she handled decorating the venue beautifully and ensured we had no worries on the day of. Keirstan was incredibly dedicated, always on time, and truly made our wedding day perfect. I will absolutely be referring family and friends her way in the future.

    Working with Keirstan was a God-send, I am so glad we decided to hire a coordinator! One month out from our wedding we had a meeting with Keirstan where she got info on every little detail of my wedding so I could enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a single thing! She's the best at what she does and I wouldn't have had such a perfect day without her!

    As a bride who did not grow up thinking about her dream wedding and loathes the thought of being the center attention and planning parties, I quickly decided a destination wedding to somewhere amazing was a must and Niagara Falls was that destination. Being from California and knowing there was no chance of a wedding actually happening if the {now} Husband and I were left to our own planning devices, the search for a wedding planner began. KR Events & Designs were one of two planners we talked to and fell in love with their vibes immediately! I didn’t have a lot of ideas outside of wanting the ceremony at Terrapin Point, an all vegan menu and no first dance at the reception. When we found out we wouldn’t be able to get the table games we originally wanted (shuffleboard, pool, foosball, etc.) because they wouldn’t fit in the elevator, they found giant board games for us instead. With that and a few ideas we sent over from Pinterest, Keirstan absolutely killed it! I’m positive any future events we have will now have to be done in Niagara Falls

    The attention to detail that KR uses when putting their everything into a wedding is matched by no one else. As a photographer I k ow that when I walk into a venue that KR has designed, I know everything will be spectacular and the bride and groom will be at ease because they know their big day will be taken care of 100%
