Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and thank you for taking my phone call about your experience with Elopements Inc. We sincerely apologize that your special day didn't fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand your concerns and would like to address them directly. While our focus is on intimate elopements, we recognize there may have been a disconnect between your expectations and our service offerings. Elopement packages are intended to be simple yet meaningful celebrations, which differ from traditional wedding services. We want to clarify that an on-site wedding planner is not included in our offerings. We do however send out a coordinator to some locations when there's a large guest count. The location you chose typically does not have an on-site coordinator but your original guest count was large enough that we scheduled a coordinator. Your guest count then changed to a much lower number taking away the need for a coordinator. Our coordinator handles basic logistics, such as parking directions and cueing the bride. When a coordinator isn't sent out, our photographer handles these details. When a coordinator is present, their services are provided at no cost to the couple. We take your feedback about feeling rushed during the ceremony very seriously. Even though it was raining you should not feel rushed through your ceremony. This has been addressed with our officiant to ensure future couples receive the attention and care their celebrations deserve. Your special moment should have been treated with the utmost respect and consideration. Regarding photography, we stand by our photographer's professional skills and quality of work. Your photos beautifully reflect your special day, even through the rain, and we are proud to include them in our portfolio. We have even added them to our website for the Foothills Parkway gallery. However, we understand your concerns about the direction given during the session; this feedback is unusual and the first complaint we've received regarding our photographer and we have brought this to their attention. In terms of communication, we strive to maintain a personal and responsive dialogue with all our couples. While we do utilize some automated systems for efficiency, we never intend for this to overshadow the personalized attention that each couple deserves. You reached out multiple times with questions, and we responded promptly, even providing additional details in a follow-up email after our text exchanges. Based on your inquiries, we feel your expectations leaned more toward a large traditional wedding rather than an elopement. While we use automation for reminders, the impersonal feeling you experienced contradicts our mission—we prioritize creating genuine connections and tailored experiences. Your feedback helps us improve our services. While our focus remains on intimate elopements, we will use your insights to better align our offerings with couples' expectations and enhance the overall experience for future celebrations.
