You do the planning and we swoop in at just the right moment to bring your vision to a reality. Allowing all the important people to be present and enjoy your day.
With over a decade worth of experience, our team at Blue Dahlia is calm yet upbeat, we're organized but flexible. And since, we've been doing this for a long time and we've pretty much seen it all--we always have a plan in place and are ready to adjust when necessary. And best yet, we do it all with a smile!

| Description | Our team takes over between 2 and 12 weeks from your wedding date. We provide on-site wedding day assistance with both a lead and assistant coordinator. We have at least one meeting with you to help us prepare all the details for your wedding day itinerary. You also have access to our resource website, emergency kit, and over a decade worth of wedding experience! |

The whole team's thorough, experienced, and detail-oriented approach ensured our wedding day was stress-free and seamless. Joyanna and her team took care of all the family wrangling and vendor logistics, allowing us to truly enjoy our day.
