We ensure all vendors get in on time, help with set up & decor, make sure everything runs according to a tight schedule, manage guest flow, pay all vendors at close of event and make sure everything is wrapped. We have experience in executing weddings, food & beverage and design & visuals. Let us be there for you to handle it all on your big day so you can be stress free and present for all the special moments.

Blooming Plan and Organize offers guidance and support through the planning process. Most day of coordinators are hired strictly for the day of and don't prefer to be bothered much before then. But at Blooming, we include that service in your rate. You can call, text or email us at any time for advice on things like budget, timeline, contracts etc.

Description

Make sure all vendors arrive on time. Be the primary contact for venue/vendors. Help with decor/set up. Make sure everything runs according to a tight schedule. Help to arrange processional and grand entrances. Manage guest flow. Pay/tip vendors at the close of the event. Make sure venue is cleared at end of night. Handle any troubleshooting or emergencies throughout the day. BONUS: Venue walkthrough on a separate date included!

    Expect the unexpected... but you don’t really need to because Sabina has a plan A, B, and C. Because of her we could truly enjoy our day and be in the moment. We were lucky to have her as our Day-of planner. Sabina was the best decision we made for our wedding! She is the ideal Day-of Planner. We hired her six months ahead of our big day, and from the very start, she was professional, kind, organized, and on top of everything. On the day of the wedding, Sabina was a one-woman show — handling every detail and making sure we enjoyed ourselves and really took in every moment. Shed kept everything running smoothly without ever breaking a sweat. She was incredible to work with throughout the entire process.

    My husband and I had a great experience working with Sabina of Blooming Plan and Organize as our partial planner for our wedding! Now, I’m a gal who loves control and has a clear vision for most things, so it was important for me and my husband to work with someone who understood that and was able to have the knowledge to fill in the gaps of things we struggled to do ourselves. Sabina was just the person to do so! She was extremely knowledgeable of the wedding industry here in LA and had great recommendations for vendors. She was also critical in ensuring we booked with vendors that were hard to track down! She was persistent and effective. She also served as our day-of coordinator, and while I’m a bride who made a 64-page planner of the wedding day ins and outs, Sabina was there to ensure everything flowed as needed and efficiently! She’s a great coordinator and I’d definitely recommend her for any bride or groom looking for extra help planning their wedding in Los Angeles or SoCal!
