Susan Manning Photography

Photography has always been my happy place - I started shooting professionally after graduating college in 2017. Posing is necessary for some shots, however, I want to capture you being you. Let's have some fun together! I believe the best shots are the ones where you are feeling comfortable and being yourself. My personal assistant is my puppy, Theo. He loves to spend the day cuddled up under my desk while I'm editing. When I'm not shooting or editing sessions you can find me drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee, running with my pup or spending time with my loved ones.

I promise to help make your day run as seamlessly as possible while making sure you enjoy every single second of it. My job is not only to capture all of the unique details of your day but to capture the emotions that come with them. Those are the moments that will make you smile decades from now when you're looking back on them.

    We absolutely loved working with Susan for our engagement and wedding photos! She made both of us feel so comfortable from the start (no easy feat for my now-husband in front of the camera!) We got married during an ice/sleet storm, and she really helped keep me calm when I realized that my vision of wedding photos outside were going to be a no-go. I can't tell you how many compliments I still get about all of our photos, over a year after our wedding. Highly recommend booking her for your big day -- but do it fast! I have a feeling her calendar will only start to book up more and more as people discover her and her incredible talent :)

    From a videographers perspective, Susan was absolutely great to work with! She made sure to communicate with me throughout the day so we could both provide the best coverage possible for the couple. She was great at working with and posing the couple which always makes my job easier, and resulted in a beautiful photo gallery and film. I would highly recommend Susan to anybody looking for a photographer and hope to get the chance to work with her again in the future! :)
