I'm a storytelling photographer specializing in photojournalism inspired weddings. I'm an actual photojournalist too! My work has been viewed internationally in publications such as National Geographic, Time, Rolling Stone, People, Reuters, New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Newsweek, Aljazeera, NBC, CBS, CNN, BBC, MSNBC, CBC, Reddit, Buzzfeed, The Guardian, The Atlantic, Esquire, and more. When I'm not taking photos you may find me mountaineering, playing an accordion or piano, tending to my tiny house and tiny garden or riding my bike here, there, and ev'ry where. Also, I'm afraid of gum.

As a photojournalist, I understand that no two couples are the same. My approach to every wedding I photograph is as unique as the couples pictured. My photographs capture the laughs, high fives, hugs, and all the emotional moments in between, letting the personalities shine through in the pictures. You won't find me working from a list of poses, but rather feeding off the energy of the people I'm surrounded by. At the same time, this is a wedding, so you can rest assured I'll make all of this look really nice in the process! From the portraits of your family to your decor, everything will be documented with intention and care.
