We are CityLux Studios - a husband + wife photography team based in the Boston area but we LOOOVE to travel. We photograph marriage proposals, weddings, boudoir and more! Sarah's passion for raw emotion + Peter's strong attention to detail blend to make an unmatched experience for each client. It's so important that we make each Bride + Groom feel confident, comfortable and completely at ease. Being married, we have been there and done that - so we know exactly how you're feeling! You work with us, and only us, every step of the way.

Professional and mature, with a dash of humor. We take our small business seriously, it is how we earn a living. We sort of fell into photography after other careers and we love it and want to make our wedding photography business the best it can be. We are always looking to grow not only our business, but also our skills behind the camera and with our editing. But we still know how to have a good time and not take ourselves too seriously... So that's our vibe!

We create bespoke collections and packages based on each clients needs. Please reach out for a custom quote tailored to your wedding celebration.     We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sarah at CityLux! We had Sarah shoot our engagement photos and she made us feel so comfortable around the camera that we essentially trusted her creative vision completely throughout the shoot and all the photos came out wonderful! Her & another CityLux associate, Glory, shot our wedding day and they were both wonderful! The whole experience was great, from detail shots to family formals, we knew we were in good hands and made every person feel comfortable and confident while taking pictures. CityLux was also super accommodating with integrating specific photo requests and fit them into our timeline perfectly. We couldn’t recommend CityLux enough!

    CityLux is the best photographer in the greater Boston area! They are responsive, helpful, coordinated and of course insanely talented! They have a beautiful eye for photography and videography and made our wedding day seamless! They were so amazing I couldn’t recommend them any more! You won’t regret it! We have the best photos from our wedding day that we’ll cherish forever and the video is so well done! Plus they are fun to be around! I’m so thankful we found them!

    I had the most incredible experience with Kyra from CityLux Studios. I’m not originally from New England and she helped me narrow down the best areas for pictures in Boston. She was so fun to work with and truly made this experience so wonderful. My fiancé hates getting pictures done and he even said he had such a great time. I am getting married back home in Iowa and was originally only going to use CityLux for engagement photos, however, it was such an incredible experience we are going to use them for our wedding next year. I can’t imagine having anyone else shoot our wedding. I felt so comfortable and she was able to truly capture the love in our relationship in photos. Attached are some of my favorite photos from our shoot. I would recommend CityLux to everyone for any occasions.
