Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I genuinely love connecting with people and telling their love stories through photographs in a new and creative way. Life is really lovely and I want to capture it all, even the messy parts. As wedding photographer, I have a passion for documenting human emotion, and every kind of love. All are welcome here. I have a formal background in business but have always leaned into my creative side. I believe you should have beautiful and creative wedding photos - they will be your heirlooms and legacy. I love photos that are simple, the ones that make you feel something.

I see myself as a guest with a camera, or several cameras these days! I photograph weddings with a documentary style mixed with editorial guidance and imagery. I live for the candid, in-between moments. My aim is to design and create a space where people feel safe and are truly themselves, even amongst the chaos. I document connection, atmosphere, and the beauty in between. Creating beautiful images for my clients is equally as important as their experience working with me.

    I had a specific vision for our group photos; Gone are the days of generic lined up prom-esque compositions, I want the frame filled with drama and depth (Think Kardashian 2010 Christmas photo or literally any Vanity Fair portrait). Give me an off-centered candid with a paparazzi flash or a dimly lit portrait, not some obligatory stale smile trash that Grandma will surely post on Facebook with the caption “they grow up so fast!” In short: I wanted my wedding photos to look like art - And I told Angelina as much during our first video call. The first thing I noticed about Angelina was her attitude; In sheer contrast to my default deadpan manner, she is a personified cup of coffee in a smilie face mug. She is one of the most positive people I’ve interacted with and acted as one of our biggest cheerleaders leading up to (and during) our wedding. Our engagement shoot was at a local bar where my wife & I had our first date. Angelina listened to my vision and executed a flawless “yes, and…” series of compositions. The turnaround time for preview photos was impressive and satisfied my chronic inability to be patient. We were delighted to receive a gif of our secret handshake. Angelina showed up to both our venue walkthrough and ceremony rehearsal. I appreciated how she treated us like her top priority. By the end of our last zoom call, I felt confident that we were all on the same page with how we wanted our wedding album to look. Angelina dressed appropriately for our wedding dress code, blending in with our guests. She was a welcome presence during our getting ready time. I appreciated how she got extra photos of me and my grandma (who was our flower girl) as requested. She brought a second photographer to cover the ceremony from multiple angles. The additional photographer also covered our cocktail hour while we snuck away for some dramatic sunset shots. There was a point during group photos that I pouted and said something like “I’m tired of this, I wanna do something else,” so she offered a break and ensured we had a fresh cocktail in-hand. I wish she would have suggested I stop winking at the camera as much. What I thought was a sultry flirty expression, actually looked more like a stroke consequence and ruined a couple of otherwise gorgeous shots. I can’t blame Angelina for the way my face looked, but a discreet heads-up that excessive winking made me look more like an attention-hungry improv actor than a blushing bride would have been appreciated. She offered a couple different payment methods including online and paper check. Her contract was straightforward and professionally written. The only challenge was choosing which photos to print; Narrowing down all of our favorites to just three or four was a welcome dilemma. I got my Kardashian Christmas photo, Vanity Fair portraits, and so much more. Moving forward, we intend on having Angelina photograph all of our portraits and milestones. Overall 5 stars, I cannot recommend her enough.

    We are beyond grateful to have had Angelina as our engagement and wedding photographer! From the moment we stumbled across her portfolio, we KNEW she was the one we wanted to capture our special event. Angelina not only has an incredible talent for photography, but she also has a gift for making everyone feel like professional models and rockstars. Throughout the entire process, from the engagement shoot to the wedding weekend, Angelina became a part of our story, and it wouldn't have been as special without her. Angelina's photos are not just pictures; they are pieces of art that we can't wait to display all over our home! Her style is dreamy and unique and she has an amazing ability to capture moments in a way that is TRULY magical. We cannot thank Angelina enough for being a part of our wedding journey, and now our lives! She has the BIGGEST heart and contagious positive, yet calming energy.     Angelina is simply THE. BEST. I am very, very picky about photography and finding the right photographer for our wedding was our top priority. Upon Google searching forever & bookmarking potential candidates, I was immediately drawn to Angelina's style - warm, soft, magical, fairy-like, stunning. We envisioned having a forest venue, and her examples of other weddings immediately sold us. We reached out and scheduled a zoom call 9 months before our wedding and immediately knew she was the one. Not only is Angelina super friendly and easy to communicate with, she was within our budget - a huge concern for most couples! The best part was finding our wedding coordinator separately, and then finding out our wedding coordinator also hired Angelina for her wedding photography last year! Simply wonderful coincidence. Our coordinators love and praise of Angelina also reassured us - so amazing they could work together as well! The day of, Angelina was promptly on time to the house I was getting ready at for hair & makeup, and captured the most spectacular moments and details of the exciting anticipation moments. We coordinated a first look in the forest, and I felt so comfortable sharing this intimate moment - she helped us model like naturals. Within 5(?) days, Angelina had our "sneak peek" photos ready (nearly 100 photos!) and we were BLOWN AWAY. Each photo is beyond our expectations. I want to share and print every single one of them. We just adore her so much and will never ever get over how special she made this day for us, and one we will never forget because she captured the moments so beautifully. Obsessed is an understatement. She is a gem - HIRE HER.

    Angelina, words can not express how happy I was to find you and have you photograph our special day in Portland. You have such a great eye capturing those precious moments that are unstaged and genuine. Your moody, dramatic editing is what pulled me in to booking you, and you delivered on everything I had hoped for. Old Hollywood glam, that "Gatsby" era, and the serene zen of a buddhist temple. You captured all the feels and we are so happy with how everything turned out. THANK YOU!
