    I worked with Mervat and Ala for my hair and makeup as well as for my bridesmaids and mother. They did a great job matching their work to the various looks that the party wanted. They were responsive, prompt, professional, and fast! Highly recommend.

    I had my bridal hair and makeup done with Mervat and Ala, as well as several bridesmaids & my mom for hair and makeup. I was especially nervous about makeup and Mervat hit the perfect balance: enough to look good in pictures, but natural enough to look like myself in person. Ala is a hair magician. They both do stunning work and they are fast!

    Fleur Beauty Studio was great to work with, and I would definitely recommend them to others. My partner and I didn't have a wedding party but still wanted to enjoy on-site services to reduce the stress of running around on the wedding day. Some vendors tried to upsell us on services that clearly didn't match what we asked about or the type of wedding we were having. (Having a minimum is fine, but I'd rather people be transparent and say they aren't the right fit for our wedding than try to talk me into adding services for 5 random people...) Fleur Beauty Studio was very responsive and clearly took our needs into consideration when providing the initial quote. Mervat and Ala offer 'micro-wedding' services which was the perfect fit for us and a great option for folks with smaller or no wedding party. We have 'eclectic' day-to-day styles, so natural/traditional wedding looks aren't really our thing. Wedding outfits were 70s/disco inspired outfits, and Mervat and Ala easily worked within our personal styles at the trial to put together complimentary looks (hello glitter and volume). We also really appreciated that they didn't try to talk us into a more traditional/natural look just because it was a wedding. On the wedding day, Mervat and Ala were on time, efficient, and made the experience smooth sailing. Make-up lasted through photos in unexpectedly hot weather and hours of dancing with minimal need for touch up, and both our hair looked great all night.
