The Classic Catering People were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first call with Lynn, we could tell they were a well-oiled machine and true professionals in the industry. Lynn was quick to respond to all of our questions, and her frequent communication and preparation made the catering process seamless. Not only were they experts at their craft, but the entire team was exceptionally kind and accommodating, providing great suggestions while also making space for our own creative direction. The quality of their work was evident in the delicious food and impeccable service on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience, and we highly recommend The Classic Catering People to any couple planning their special day, especially if you are getting married at the Peabody Library!

Your guests will leave full and happy. The food is AMAZING. We had people coming up to us and our parents on wedding day asking who catered. We had a lot of vegan and gluten free guests and Classic made sure that they had just as many options as those without the restrictions. Our vegan friends who are used to just picking at salads at every wedding couldn't stop talking about how good everything was, and how they could actually eat it! We worked with Georgetta who helped us at every turn. She made everything perfect and did so much for us, from the time of our first tasting to the very end of the big day. She answered every question and every single email. She was always quick with it and always encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed to, to feel confident in the process. She worked with our budget and made everything come out better than we could have ever imagined. Classic's wait staff and bartenders were also incredible. My husband requested specific gluten free beers because of an allergy and not only did they pull through with it, but they also poured him one for dinner before he even had to ask. They did the same for me with my favorite cocktail! We felt like A-list celebrities all night. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Go to your tastings and give honest feedback! They will make everything exactly how you want it.

Unable to in good conscience recommend the services of Classic Catering. Bobby was excellent but our coordinator was unreachable until the day of the wedding. We requested only one food not be present and they assured us it would not be. The day of coordinator left before our event was over, 4 remaining meals were stolen/not included with no explanation, and one dessert was not received with no explanation. We somehow received one dessert with the specified food we did not want and the entire company up to the VP was unable to provide any explanation of how this could have happened. We were offered less than 300 for our ruined food and experience and I wish we would have chosen a more reliable and trustworthy company. 2/5 specifically for Bobby alone - he is a gem Edited to add our salad course was missing the main ingredient and that somehow was unable to be explained also
