Spanglish Truck

Spanglish Truck LLC was established in 2020 by husband and wife duo, Nathalie and Raymond Rodriguez. Shortly after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we closed the doors to our former Dominican restaurant, La Villa Bistro, in Central Falls, RI. We now specialize in gourmet empanadas. Our empanadas are prepared daily and fried fresh when ordered. Catering options are also available.

Due to the uncertainty of the times, we decided to shift gears, build a mobile kitchen and bring our service to the streets. Using inspirations from Spanish, American, and Caribbean cuisines, we've created a diverse menu that everyone can enjoy. We can't wait for you to try our delicious empanadas!
