Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Gingerly Baked Is Your CO Wedding Cake Go-To!

It was such a pleasure to work with Amanda at Gingerly Baked for our wedding cake design in the year leading up to our wedding. We received a stellar referral, and once we met Amanda in person, we knew she'd be the perfect person to create our wedding cake. Amanda is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable about pastries/desserts/cakes. Her incredibly unique selection of flavors, dessert and cake styles is unlike any other cake designer we'd looked at in CO. She has such a creative eye to make a dessert vision come to life. Amanda presented our cake in such a gorgeous manner, and it tasted absolutely DELICIOUS--there were so many complements on dessert that night. Hands down would recommend Gingerly Baked for any of your dessert or cake needs for any event!

Overall fantastic experience with Gingerly Baked doing our wedding cake and desserts! Amanda was super easy to work with, an excellent communicator, and provided a great tasting months before the wedding. In addition to the cake, we had a wide array of verrines, tarts, and cheesecake, all of which we received raving reviews from our guests. Setup was a breeze: Amanda arrived on time and was self-sufficient in setting up the dessert table. The only trouble we had was with the wedding cake, which was extremely hard to cut the first slice (it was encased in cold chocolate beneath the icing), and overly decorated with flowers (different from what had been discussed and it honestly took away from Amanda’s beautiful cake decorating). Overall we do recommend Gingerly Baked as a wedding cake / dessert vendor based on their high quality desserts and good communication.

Gingerly Baked was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding cake. From our first interaction, they were respectful, specific, and timely in their communication, making the entire process seamless. The quality of their work was nothing short of extraordinary - the cake they delivered was not only gorgeous to look at, but also delicious beyond belief. They even took the time to personally thank and congratulate us, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were blown away by the level of detail and care they put into creating the most perfect cake I've ever seen. Gingerly Baked truly helped make our special day even more magical.

The biggest mistake I made when working with Amanda, was not ordering enough desserts! With a smaller wedding (48 guests in total), we were hesitant to order too much because we were leaving for our honeymoon shortly after the wedding and didn't want to have a ton of leftovers. We ordered a 2-tier cake and assorted desserts like cookies, banana cream tart, fresh fruit tart, smores brownies, etc. Everything was incredible and sadly, there were no desserts left by the time my husband and I got back from our golden hour photo session. Thankfully, Amanda is SO INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL that she packed my husband and I a little to-go container with each of the desserts to enjoy at the end of the night when we got back to the hotel. She also wrote us a very sweet card! Amanda insisted on being hands on throughout the process which really shows how much she loves what she does. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the desserts so now I recommend her to literally anyone and everyone that needs desserts catered.
