I had my wedding on October 5th and had more issues than I can even count. 1. I purchased the dry stock package which was to include ALL dry stock, mixers, and basic bar items. They ran out of cups and mixers by 9pm when we paid for coverage until 10pm. We booked with 150 guests on the list but only had 120 attend. Instead of speaking with the venue coordinator or my day of contact they decided themselves to close the bar at 9:30pm. They also did not bring simple syrup, meaning my husband’s signature cocktail could not be made, an old fashion. 2. They arrived late to the venue and were unable to set up the lower bar in time for the cocktail hour. My mother and maid of honor had to set up as much as they could just before heading down the aisle for the ceremony. 3. I bought everything to batch my signature drink, a margarita, labeled and placed everything at the bar for cocktail hour, and they did NOT batch it. Each drink tasted completely different, and it slowed the service down considerably which was the whole purpose for making a batch to serve. 4. I bought initials to be served with our signature drinks and they were not used with the drinks the entire day, even though I personally told the bartenders about them. 5. I had in our schedule to get photos with our signature drinks before the ceremony before guests were let in. Our drinks were not ready and slowed down the start of cocktail hour, as guest had to wait outside for them to be made. At this time, it was discovered that they were unable to properly make my husband’s signature drink. 6. During the reception we requested our signature drinks again at our seat for dinner and they were not there. They also gave away our toasting Prosecco to a guest. 7. They broke venue rules by serving shots and liquor on the rocks, our contract specifically stated that was NOT allowed yet they did it anyway throughout the night, potentially causing a fine to myself per my contract with the venue. 8. They were witnessed taking shots while serving guests. 9. They served WARM beer and white claws ALL NIGHT! Since they were late to arrive and did not have adequate time to set up, the cans were never iced properly. Had they called to let us know we could have taken care of it but again communication was terrible from Grant. They had a fridge and bags of ice available to them, but they never broke down the bags of ice into coolers or stock fridge throughout the evening. 10. The lack of communication is unparalleled and beyond unprofessional. My initial contract was wrong and needed to be corrected. I had to ask for the second invoice since it was never sent. I asked for a planning call 1 month out from the date of the wedding and was told they would check in about a week in advance. This never occurred, and I had to reach out again to request that call and I was told on Tuesday the 1st, they would give me a time by Wednesday the 2nd at noon to connect, this never occurred! I sent a very detailed email with all the instructions before the event since we never had the final call to review the details which I can see now was not read or followed. Good Luck if you hired them. I would ask for a refund and find someone else.
