What is your travel and break down fee?

Details and associated fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.While sometimes travel is waived. These are the general policies. A fee is generally applied to venues situated 30 miles or more away from Charlotte NC or Greenville, SC. Hotel Accommodations: For events exceeding 90 miles from Charlotte NC or Greenville, SC, hotel stays may be required for our staff or contractors based on event logistics and circumstances. Destination Events: If your event qualifies as a destination event additional fees may be applicable.
