World Class DJTY loves the challenge of “rocking any crowd” and specializes in old-school hip-hop, R&B, reggae, rock and top 40. With over 15 years in experience, his accomplishments include hosting events for companies like Monster Energy drink and Nuvo. With the greatest of these accomplishments, World Class DJTY continues to show his support for community ventures by volunteering and advocating for organizations such as the: National Down Syndrome Network, Autism Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, Governor Morehead School of the Blind and the Durham County Public Schools.
World Class DJTY started his own company named RocThaSpot Events, which serves the Virginia, Raleigh-Durham and Greensboro-Triad Area. This world class business venture offers a variety of services such as: wedding and corporate event planning, graphic designs, photography, event DJ's and premiere sound system rentals. RocThaSpot Events has something to fit everyone’s need. The company’s motto is “There are no events too big or small, we Roc them all"

Great DJ!
RocThaSpot Events and specifically Worldclass DJ Ty was an absolute hit at our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was responsive, professional, and very quick. On the day of, he brought so much energy and fun to the dance floor. He was incredibly energetic, professional, and knew how to keep our guests entertained all night long. He wasn't afraid to get out there and dance with us, helping create such a lively and memorable atmosphere. Worldclass DJ Ty truly contributed to making our special day feel so joyful and celebratory. We can't recommend him enough - he is very kind, fun, and will make your wedding an absolute blast!
Perfect DJ for your big Day!
As a wedding planner finding a DJ that is communicative, attentive and a wedding professional can be hard to. My clients original DJ pulled put a few weeks before the wedding and DJ Ty stepped right up. Communicating with my clients all while keeping me in the loop was amazing.
