DJ Neal Aka “The Angel”

I’m an experienced DJ and have been spinning at events for over 25 yrs. In addition, I’ve participated as talent, as well as tech and presentation, in music related events all around the Washington DC/Northern Virginia/Maryland region for three decades. I branched out into doing weddings in the 00’s, and it has been great! I love playing weddings and sharing in the joy of the happy couple and their families!

I’ve done weddings for groups of different faiths and creeds. I’m very open minded and inclusive, and feel very strongly that love, commitment, and togetherness should be celebrated in all of its diverse forms. It’s about you and who you choose, and when it comes time to kick up your heels and celebrate, I hope you’ll choose me to spin the tunes!

    Neal had a huge part in making our wedding day so special. A real pro, his add on lighting equipment options were the icing on the cake. He's so talented at what he does, I would highly recommend him to get your party going and keeping it a blast all night long!

    It was great working with Neal for our wedding! We hired him for the ceremony and reception music as well as uplighting and dance floor lighting. He was responsive to messages during planning and was on time and ready to go on the day of the wedding. Everything on the day of the wedding went as expected, he had all the ceremony songs we selected and played music we requested during the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Our wedding had a mix of ages and he was able to play music to get all the different groups on to the dance floor at times. He worked well and coordinated with our other vendors for photography and videography. We had a basketball theme starting lineup reception entrance that we wrote a script for and he executed it perfectly! He did a great job as emcee. Overall, he was a great value and I would definitely hire Neal again if I ever need a DJ for anything. I recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ. Thank you Neal!

    Neal was a superstar. I was a picky bride with lots of timing and requests (I am a film director so there was a method to my madness) and Neal rocked it! He kept the party alive and followed my guidelines PERFECTLY (no Sweet Caroline, or annoying music. Aka STICK TO THE PLAYLIST). If you are like me and needed one less thing to worry about on your special day, Neal is your guy. We got so many compliments and have referred him out to multiple friends since!
