We provide beautiful string music for your elegant ceremony or reception. We love working with you to tailor the music to your tastes. In addition to the classical repertoire we offer a broad range of Jewish, Scandinavian, Irish and contemporary popular music.

Our industry experience sets us apart. The Lake String Quartet has been in business over 25 years and have played over 1500 weddings. We have the largest repertoire in the Midwest and will happily learn new requests.

    The Lake string Quartet was so easy to work with they were so seamless coordinating with me, the officiant, and my coordinator. I told them everything that I wanted, and they gave me so much more. My one recommendation to anyone is have your handful of songs that you really want played by the string Quartet, but then trust the experts to also pick out songs that they would recommend. What I did was I provided them a list of songs that I really wanted to hear and then let the experts do what they do best and pick out whatever song they thought would match the vibes from the guests.

We love to have input from the couple about what selections they'd like to hear. It helps us to know how to set the tone and then we're sure we are giving the couple what they imagined for their wedding day.
