I found Whispertree (formerly Bell Valley Retreat) when I was looking for a retreat/camping wedding setting for our Spring wedding. It was that and so much more! The accommodations exceeded all expectations-- beautiful, modern, eco-friendly, luxurious, and colorful! Our guests raved about the design and the comfort. Frida was so personable and helpful throughout the whole process; she made us feel like family. We got the best photographs because she showed us the secret spots up on the hill at golden hour! We arrived a day early to settle in and didn't want to leave on Sunday. The nature was magical-- especially our late-night bonfire under the stars after hours of dancing in the Barn. Oh yeah, and there's a hot tub! We cannot wait to return and re-visit the memories of our favorite weekend in our new favorite place. Highly recommend the venue, the staff, the vendor recommendations (especially Pilon Catering and Boontberry Farm). Zero complaints.

The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

We are Jenni Grubba Events and we stayed at Knotty Oak in order to gauge interest for a client of ours and I am so excited to plan weddings here! Mary spent so much quality time with us showing us the spaces, making us yummy cocktails, and just hanging out. I've never experienced a warmer welcome to a venue that we did with Mary. The houses are immaculate, rustic, so cozy, and the kitchen is huge. The event spaces are plentiful and the venue is so flexible with how you use them. You cannot go wrong planning your wedding here. Jeriko Estate was amazing for our special day. The winery and grounds created the perfect vibe for our ceremony and reception. Rustic with the right amount of elegance. After the beautiful courtyard ceremony, we toasted with Jeriko Estate’s amazing Brut Rose under the 100-year-old olive tree. Everyone loved the wine bar and the outside covered arbors overlooking the vineyards. The large press room was awesome for our reception dinner and dancing and saved us from the warm summer afternoon heat. One of the best parts of having our wedding at Jeriko was the onsite lodging. The wedding party stayed in the main Jeriko house that sleeps seventeen and other guests booked the casitas and homes on the property. Jennifer and the rest of the Jeriko staff made our wedding stress free and were a delight to work with. We highly recommend Jeriko estate if you’re planning a special day!

Brutocao has it all! Not to mention some pretty tasty wines!

Contento Vineyards at Brutocao was hands down the best place possible for our big day. The site is expansive: plenty of room for a ceremony, dinner, and dancing for 250+ people (which was how many we hosted!). The availability of a bridal suite helped immensely, given that the hotel/rental choices in such a small town are scarce. Kathy was so friendly, easy to work with, and does not hesitate to offer guidance or recommendations on any questions about your wedding, not just the site! Her preferred vendor list basically saved us. The best part: the site is yours ALL WEEKEND, Friday - Sunday! There was no stress on the day of about set up or clean up, it really eased the minds of both of us and our families! If you're looking for a vineyard/barn wedding in Northern California, there's honestly no better choice!

The Red Barn Ranch was truly our dream wedding venue. Not only is it rustic and beautiful but it radiates love and family. The Rorabaugh's are the most down to earth and loving hosts you could ever hope for. They are there for you when you need but they also allow you a lot of freedom to create the exact experience you want. And they work hard to accommodate whatever you need for your special day. For example, she allowed me to have alpacas at our wedding and talked to the Alpaca handler about the best way to get in and set up so I didn't have to. Our wedding was a dream; from the rehearsal dinner at the venue and staying in the bridal suite, to the hustle of getting ready, to walking down the aisle and finally to dancing the night away. The accommodations were unparalleled and the venue is so beautiful, it saved me tons on florals and decor. Also when booking this venue, you get access on Friday and don't have to be gone until 3 the following Sunday. They also allow guests to camp in tents or bring RVs. This was one of my favorite parts about our wedding. A lot of my family stayed in their RVs and the morning after the wedding, it was the cutest and most fun little camp site. The proprietor woke in the morning to feed their cows and invited my little cousins to join. They also brought out their horses and my niece got to ride a horse for the first time. The pond is an adorable hang out spot where they allow catch and release fishing and rides around in the canoe plus it is an amazing background for pictures. My little nephews were having the best time chasing frogs and catching fish. When you book your wedding or other special event with Red Barn Ranch, you are not going to be disappointed. You are booking the most perfect experience with some of the most wonderful and caring people.

Trione is one of my favorite wineries to visit and also work with. I especially love their Wine maker Dinners. There staff is always so sweet and accommodating, they have delicious wine and such a great place to just hang out and enjoy wine. I also work with them in through the events industry and have loved working with them over the past 10 years. They have one of the best teams out there. I have been a guest at a couple of their weddings and have had such a great time. I recommend them on all levels!

The lawn looks out over the vineyards + is perfectly situated to watch the valley glow as the sun sets. There are even farm cottages to get ready in before your guests arrive. We are all about the details + providing you with a breathless backdrop. We know these are memories will last for a lifetime, we would be honored to host you.

We had a magical wedding at Ru's. 100% would go for Ru's again. We lucked out with the weather but regardless, there is a lot of shade for guests (especially in the ceremony/dinner areas). The lighting is incredible. The lush lavender and olive trees makes the setting feel fairy-tale like and unique. We loved that everything was spaced out enough but also close together -- giving a homey/backyard and also elevated feel. Guests commented on how much they loved it too. We appreciated that you can BYOB. Ru's does offer some items to borrow but we elected to rent items for a specific feel (also note that you will be required to rent kitchen items such as an oven unless your caterer provides that). The cottage is also clutch and super nice. Working with Lele and Kristen was super great too. Having a hard time finding drawbacks!

We had the wedding reception of our dreams this July! We were drawn to having our 110-person reception at D'Argenzio Winery for countless reasons including great price and a truly beautiful location. Breanna had excellent, understanding, and flexible communication with us for the entire year leading up to our wedding day. We rented the Terrazzo Patio and Tasting Room Lounge and had open seating for the guests so that they could choose to sit inside or outside! Everyone enjoyed the wine, Prosecco, beer, and soft drink offerings at the bar. We absolutely loved Cibo Rustico's catering of antipasto boards, salads, pasta, and chicken offerings. We also had a banda perform late into the night on the bocce ball court following dinner, speeches, and the first dance! You too can have the wedding you always dreamed of at D'Argenzio Winery!

It is situated on 3-1/2 acres in the very center of famed Sonoma County Wine Country. The property includes a circa1850a redwood barn, vineyards, lavender garden and redwood trees.

The Gables Wine Country Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. It had an intimate vibe and had such a variety of beautiful atmospheric additions too such as: a charming historic barn, redwood trees, winery, and Victorian building in the backdrop, it couldn't have been better. Pam & Larry (the owners and managers of Gables Wine Country Inn) were so kind when we came to them for a last minute wedding and were so flexible and adaptable with the things we wanted for our wedding. They were extremely helpful in giving us our perfect day: the decor was gorgeous, the venue amazing, food & drink was the best and our guests had a great time too. It was a very easy planning process and they were very easy going about our wishes so I highly recommend this venue for a wedding, it was a wonderful experience and they couldn't have made the stress of planning a wedding any easier. It was a beautiful day and we have wonderful memories and photos of it forever, I couldn't be happier with it!
