Loft 441 is the perfect blank canvas (that doesn't need a lot of decorations) venue for couples who want a space that can be easily decorated to fit their vision/style. Close to downtown York, where you can enjoy fun nightlife or stay in nearby hotels like the Yorktowne Hotel, Loft 441 makes for the perfect location for a wedding weekend experience! They worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding to help set up, coordinate vendors, direct traffic, assist guests, and clean up. Well Wishes Farm is a barn venue offering 2 full days of use with each rental. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We provide the backdrop, and couples achieve their vision with vendors of their own choosing. New for the 2025 season are 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms that are steps from the barn. “Well wishes from start to finish was amazing to deal with. They were affordable, flexible, and so accommodating. The venue was gorgeous and spacious with plenty of options for set up. We ended up having to have our ceremony on the first floor due to rain but the twinkle lights and ambiance in there made it so gorgeous I can’t even imagine what it would’ve been like had we not moved it indoors. The couple who owns it were so responsive and helpful the weekend of the wedding and we truly could not be more thankful to them for allowing us to use their venue for our special day.”
